New house full foot furnished 66 m2 in subdivision, bright, with 2 terraces in the South East for dinner and terrace in the north-west for breakfast overlooking the hill, kitchen open to the living room with new sofa bed and bay -covered terrace and garden, 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with bath, pantry with water heater, WC, 2 sunbathing for the garden, local grocery store open from 7.30am to 8pm in the summer, bakery, restaurant , café tabac, bus stop, 8 minutes walk, supermarket and various shops in Crest (5 km)
You can enjoy the pleasure of the sun, swimming (river 8 minutes walk), walks and hikes in the Vercors, ideal for a relaxing stay, family or friends or sports, discover the mountainous landscapes of the region, the Omblèze gorges with hiking departures, the Druise waterfall where you can swim, the Saou forest, its typical village and its 3 beaks, the perched villages with a cachet like Cobonne or Suze, visits to the cellars the traditional Clairette de Die, lavender distillery, many craft markets ...... sunny, calm, welcoming ....
