During school holidays we favor requests of at least one week.

Very functional house, able to accommodate up to 24 people. It is bright and comfortable, perfectly equipped for holidays in large tribes. 10 minutes walk from the beach of Saint Jacques and the port. Small shops also 10 minutes walk. The house is at the end of a very calm dead end, the garden is closed.

Vacances en famille

Formidable lieu de retrouvailles familiales. Grand jardin, maison spacieuse et bien équipée. Absence de télévision, c’était parfait pour les enfants. Quartier tranquille. Très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un super week-end entre amis dans cette maison, où on s'est senti tout de suite comme chez nous. Accueil au top de Cathy et les prestations sont top, avec la mer à 10 minutes à pied, que demandez de plus!

Très bien bon week-end en famille

Excellent week-end en famille, l'endroit est idéalement situé au calme dans une impasse. La plage, le port, les commerces sont à proximité et y aller à pieds est un plaisir. Maison à conseiller pour une grande famille, nous etions 18 et vraiment pas les uns sur les autres, un plus , grand jardin clos.

Parfait pour se retrouver tous en famille

Bien. Certains aspects pourraient être améliorés : absence de pare-douche sur les baignoires, problèmes de robinetterie, température de l’d’ombrage défectueux. Accès un peu du fait de la présence d’ornières au niveau du portail.

Maison parfaite pour réunion de famille

En week-end pour une réunion de famille, nous avons apprécié l'espace de ce logement,ainsi que le calme car il se situe dans le fond d'une impasse. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin sans fioriture ni chichi. Simple et efficace ! L'accueil a été très sympa. Merci à Cathy ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Agréable séjour.

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée dans un endroit très calme. Un grand jardin qui permet de se prélasser comme de faire des parties de jeux pour les enfants. Mer et commerce à proximité. Parfait pour un séjour entre amis. Nous y reviendrons.

La maison est vraiment très grande et très bien situé nous avons profité du grand jardin et toutes les commodités proche de la maison, plage, terrain de jeux et de pétanque etc... Un week-end famille parfait.

chouette séjour dans une maison agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison de la famille Cochet. (groupe de 12 adultes et 3 enfants) La maison est bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les espaces communs, la terrasse, le grand jardin et le nombre de salles de bain. Par ailleurs, la plage, les commerces et le marché sont très facilement accessibles à pied. En revanche, quelques équipements ont besoin d'entretien (notamment des salles de bain). Des travaux sont a priori prévus en septembre et la maison sera alors plus que parfaite !!

Une maison très agréable pour les séjours en famille

La maison est très agréable, le jardin en est véritablement l'atout principal. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace et le grand nombre de salles de bains et sanitaires. Elle est également copieusement équipée et il y a largement de quoi s'occuper ! En bémol, nous aurions appréciés d'être avertis du dégât des eaux qui impacte la chambre du bas et sa salle de bain, l'odeur d'humidité y était très présente à notre arrivée. Les équipements extérieurs (parasol / table de ping pong) mériteraient aussi un peu d'entretien pour que l'on puisse s'en servir. Mais cela ne ternit pas le très bon séjour que nous avons passé dans la maison où chacun des 24 convives s'est senti à l'aise.

Très belle maison, grande, simple et fonctionnelle. Superbe jardin !

Merci ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les enfants se sont beaucoup amusé dans le jardin. La cuisine est très bien équipé avec énormément de plats/casseroles/poeles etc... et même un éplucheur de pommes très pratique ! Très grande table pour manger tous ensemble. Chambres bien isolés avec suffisament de toilettes et sdb. Nous avons profité de la plage à 10 minutes à pied ainsi que de la région magnifique !

Maison idéale pour se retrouver en famille: espace, calme, mer

Nous avons passé un excellent WE de Pâques en famille. La maison est spacieuse, et bien adaptée pour un grand groupe: la cuisine est bien équipée pour préparer et organiser les repas, dans l'espace de vie chacun peut y trouver sa place, les chambres sont équipées d'une bonne literie. Le jardin a également fait des heureux. Un temps idéal et très ensoleillé pour jouer, courir sans oublier la chasse aux œufs....De bonnes promenades en bord de mer. C'est notre douzième rencontre familiale. Cette maison, avec une ou deux autres, fait parti de nos préférés. Nous sommes tous prêts à y revenir. Un WE qu'on n'oubliera pas!!!

Maison très agréable

Calme bien située rien ne manque dans cette grande maison de famille. Nos petits enfants se sont régalés dans les différents espaces , jardin, maison, pendant que les parents profitaient des retrouvailles. Voici une belle destination, nichée en bord de mer, cette maison offre toutes les commodités pour un séjour réussi. Bravo à la famille de la conserver et d'en faire profiter les amoureux de la Bretagne. Martine et Jean michel (séjour du 2 au 4 novembre )

Grande maison agréable et très fonctionnelle pour accueilli les grandes tribus

Très bon we en famille et amis dans cette maison familiale au calme et proche de la mer Les enfants ont pu apprécier les grands espaces à l’etage, tout comme le grand jardin... La cuisine est bien équipée pour les grandes familles et la préparation des grands repas. Nous recommandons cette location.

Great house for extended family group

Overall had a great time; house was ideal for our needs, plenty of room, nice big garden for family sports e.g. cricket, football. Lovely location at end of the lane, overlooking fields and trees, and yet not far from the beach and the local shops. Negative points - some mold on the wall in one bedroom and one en-suite. As British visitors we had a shock to discover that we needed to bring our own bedding. (not something we are used to when hiring holiday cottages in Britain). At the price for the house you would expect bedding to be provided (and its not mentioned on the house description anywhere). Also a difficulty was that all the pillows were square! I didn't even know they existed! In Britain pillows are always rectangular, and we had all brought rectangular pillow-cases - so we had difficulty squeezing the square pillows into our rectangular pillow-cases, resulting in some bumpy pillows! We also arrived rather excited about the prospect of there being bikes we could borrow (as per the house description) - but it turned out there were only 5 we were allowed to borrow, (all adult size, 4 with cross-bars, one without); and in the end only 3 were usable. We were a little disappointed, but I suppose we should have checked in advance. Overall though we had a really great time and a lovely holiday and I would recommend this holiday house to other British visitors.
