During school holidays we favor requests of at least one week.

Very functional house, able to accommodate up to 24 people. It is bright and comfortable, perfectly equipped for holidays in large tribes. 10 minutes walk from the beach of Saint Jacques and the port. Small shops also 10 minutes walk. The house is at the end of a very calm dead end, the garden is closed.

     robot, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.),

Excellent week-end en famille, l'endroit est idéalement situé au calme dans une impasse. La plage, le port, les commerces sont à proximité et y aller à pieds est un plaisir. Maison à conseiller pour une grande famille, nous etions 18 et vraiment pas les uns sur les autres, un plus , grand jardin clos.

Maison parfaite pour réunion de famille

En week-end pour une réunion de famille, nous avons apprécié l'espace de ce logement,ainsi que le calme car il se situe dans le fond d'une impasse. Agréable séjour.

chouette séjour dans une maison agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour trÚs agréable dans la maison de la famille Cochet. (groupe de 12 adultes et 3 enfants) La maison est bien équipée et trÚs fonctionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les espaces communs, la terrasse, le grand jardin et le nombre de salles de bain. Par ailleurs, la plage, les commerces et le marché sont trÚs facilement accessibles à pied. En revanche, quelques équipements ont besoin d'entretien (notamment des salles de bain). Des travaux sont a priori prévus en septembre et la maison sera alors plus que parfaite !!

Une maison trÚs agréable pour les séjours en famille

La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able, le jardin en est vĂ©ritablement l'atout principal. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© l'espace et le grand nombre de salles de bains et sanitaires. Elle est Ă©galement copieusement Ă©quipĂ©e et il y a largement de quoi s'occuper ! En bĂ©mol, nous aurions apprĂ©ciĂ©s d'ĂȘtre avertis du dĂ©gĂąt des eaux qui impacte la chambre du bas et sa salle de bain, l'odeur d'humiditĂ© y Ă©tait trĂšs prĂ©sente Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Les Ă©quipements extĂ©rieurs (parasol / table de ping pong) mĂ©riteraient aussi un peu d'entretien pour que l'on puisse s'en servir. Mais cela ne ternit pas le trĂšs bon sĂ©jour que nous avons passĂ© dans la maison oĂč chacun des 24 convives s'est senti Ă  l'aise.

Merci ! Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. Les enfants se sont beaucoup amusĂ© dans le jardin. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© avec Ă©normĂ©ment de plats/casseroles/poeles etc... et mĂȘme un Ă©plucheur de pommes trĂšs pratique ! TrĂšs grande table pour manger tous ensemble. Chambres bien isolĂ©s avec suffisament de toilettes et sdb. Nous avons profitĂ© de la plage Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied ainsi que de la rĂ©gion magnifique !

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent WE de PĂąques en famille. La maison est spacieuse, et bien adaptĂ©e pour un grand groupe: la cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour prĂ©parer et organiser les repas, dans l'espace de vie chacun peut y trouver sa place, les chambres sont Ă©quipĂ©es d'une bonne literie. Le jardin a Ă©galement fait des heureux. Un temps idĂ©al et trĂšs ensoleillĂ© pour jouer, courir sans oublier la chasse aux Ɠufs....De bonnes promenades en bord de mer. C'est notre douziĂšme rencontre familiale. Cette maison, avec une ou deux autres, fait parti de nos prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s. Nous sommes tous prĂȘts Ă  y revenir. Un WE qu'on n'oubliera pas!!!

Calme bien située rien ne manque dans cette grande maison de famille. Nos petits enfants se sont régalés dans les différents espaces , jardin, maison, pendant que les parents profitaient des retrouvailles. Voici une belle destination, nichée en bord de mer, cette maison offre toutes les commodités pour un séjour réussi. Great house for extended family group

Overall had a great time; house was ideal for our needs, plenty of room, nice big garden for family sports e.g. cricket, football. Lovely location at end of the lane, overlooking fields and trees, and yet not far from the beach and the local shops. Negative points - some mold on the wall in one bedroom and one en-suite. As British visitors we had a shock to discover that we needed to bring our own bedding. (not something we are used to when hiring holiday cottages in Britain). At the price for the house you would expect bedding to be provided (and its not mentioned on the house description anywhere). Also a difficulty was that all the pillows were square! I didn't even know they existed! In Britain pillows are always rectangular, and we had all brought rectangular pillow-cases - so we had difficulty squeezing the square pillows into our rectangular pillow-cases, resulting in some bumpy pillows! We also arrived rather excited about the prospect of there being bikes we could borrow (as per the house description) - but it turned out there were only 5 we were allowed to borrow, (all adult size, 4 with cross-bars, one without); and in the end only 3 were usable. We were a little disappointed, but I suppose we should have checked in advance. Overall though we had a really great time and a lovely holiday and I would recommend this holiday house to other British visitors.
