Villa ANKUR:
- Located 50m from the beach and the shops of San Ciprianu.

- The villa is rented with 2h/2d cleaning during the week and three SUV type vehicles.

- This house can accommodate up to 16 people with its 8 bedrooms.
All rooms are equipped with double beds with private bathroom (shower or bath depending on the suite).
For the youngest, cots are available. Each bedroom opens onto a terrace (with sea view for the one located on the 1st floor)

- The property has:
- A 250m2 terrace,
- A heated swimming pool of 11 x 4 meters with rolling shutter
- A shaded dining area
- Multiple garden furniture to relax ("Bed", deckchairs, sofas)

- The house is completely fenced and offers complete privacy.

- Each room has a private bathroom (walk-in shower or bath) and a television/DVD player.

- The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped (TV with chromecast, DVD player, WIFI)
