The "Gîte de Guebwiller" welcomes you with family, friends
with an open kitchen with sitting area, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms
and a basement with table tennis, a sauna and a cellar corner to enjoy a glass of Riesling.

Outside, you enjoy the pretty walled garden, and the courtyard with barbecue. The unheated pool is in service from early June to end of August.

Rare in the city center, the garage for 2 cars is ideal for parking and storing bicycles, motorcycles, skis ...

The rental price does not include charging of electric vehicles. We kindly ask you to charge your vehicles at the charging stations provided for this purpose (opposite the town hall).

The bakery, many shops and a mini market are just a few steps away.

The house is not suitable for the organisation of parties. Only travellers counted at the time of booking access to the accommodation.
Outside visits are not allowed.

The accommodation includes steps or stairs: four steps to enter the accommodation and a staircase to access the floor.

Great stay at a nice house!

We had a great stay and good contact during our stay. The pool and table tennis were well used and greatly enjoyed by the small and great kids alike. A lot of outdoorsy things (hiking, cycling, climbing, etc) to do near to the home. Guebwiller is located at a very convenient and central location.

Charming Home in a Great Location

We stayed here with four people and found the house incredibly spacious and comfortable. It’s a beautifully renovated older home, blending charm with modern amenities like a great TV, reliable air conditioning, and a fantastic shower. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

We had a nice stay, the house was comfortable, the airco was very welcome in the very warm period during our stay. The only one minor were the length of the beds, given our own length. Outside the space was a little less than expected but comfortable, and the pool was a nice way to cool down. The house is situated in a what older neighbourhood, close to the center of Guebwiller, but despite the location it was quiet around the house. The host was very friendly and helpfull. We enjoyed our stay.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, man wohnt nicht wie ein Toursit, sondern fühlt sich fast als Einheimischer. Dennoch ist das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen und die große Garage ist natürlich eine sehr deine Sache in der engen Gasse (zwei große und hohe Autos oder ein Auto mit Anhänger würden problemlos reinpassen).Die Innenstadt ist mit einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Supermarkt (der sogar sonntags offen hat) und Restaurants in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen; tolle Sache für die morgendlichen frischen Baguettes. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Für eine Familie sind die zwei Bäder und Toiletten hilfreich und der Kühlschrank mit Wasser- und Eiswürfelautomat half gut, den Flüssigkeitsbedarf unkompliziert zu decken. Die Klimanlage funktioniert prima, allerdings nur im Erdgeschoß. Für heiße Tage im Obergeschoß ggf. Ventilator mitbringen. Den Pool und die Sitzecke haben wir auch gerne genutzt. Das WLAN ist megaschnell und somit kann man auf dem TV Streamingdienste wie Youtube, Prime oder Netflix super nutzen.Für die zahlreichen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ins Elsass und die Vogesen liegt die Wohnung auch ideal (Bushaltestelle bei Bedarf auch nur wenige Meter entfernt).Jacques kam regelmäßig zur Poolpflege und war auch für sonstige Fragen prima zu erreichen. Hilfreich dabei auch seine sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns, dass wir mit diesem Haus das schöne Elsass entdekcen durften.

Ihre Bewertung hat überhaupt kein Verhältnisse mit den schön neu 100 % renoviertes mit Doppelventilation, sehr gut ausgestattet Haus. Es tut uns besonders Leid, daß Sie uns mit einem ''Gern kommen wir ja wieder'' verlassen haben, da wir an Ihnen ein 5* Bewertung schreiben. Wir warnen alle Gastgeber, daß Samoil Matta recht unverschämt unehrlich Gast ist.

Semaine de randonnées depuis Guewiller

Au départ de la randonnée du Grand Ballon (ici version 3 jours), Guebwiller est une très jolie petite ville et est idéalement située. Le logement est prévu pour 10 personnes (nous étions 3...grand luxe) et se trouve dans une ruelle calme à 5 min à pied du centre (restaurants, magasins, tabacs,...). Le garage peut abriter 2 voitures ou 4 (6?) motos. Propriétaires super sympas et flexibles sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. L'offre parle d'un bain à remous que nous n'avons pas trouvé.

Schönes Haus mitten in reizvollem Städtchen

Das Haus war perfekt für unsere große Gruppe. Highlight natürlich der Pool (mit Salzwasser). Toll, dass alles Wichtige in der Stadt mit kurzen Wegen erreichbar war. Sehr nette Vermieter. Ein paar bequemere Sitz- oder Liegegelegenheiten insbesondere im Außenbereich würden wir uns wünschen.

Perfektes Feriendomizil im Elsass

Eine tolle Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und alles ist blitzsauber. Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und sehr nett. Ein großer Bonus ist der Pool und die Tischtennisplatte im Keller. Die Kinder waren damit sehr glücklich. Wir können das Ferienhaus kritiklos weiter empfehlen.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Gemütliches mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl renoviertes Haus, wo Moderne auf alten Charme trifft. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und man ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig im Stadtzentrum von Guebwiller. Die offene Wohnküche ist gut ausgestattet, mit modernen Geräten und reichlich Geschirr für viele Personen. Der kleine ummauerte Innenhof mit Pool ist fast uneinsehbar und man fühlt sich ungestört. Ein Plus ist auch die große Garage, die zwei PKW´s Platz bietet. Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben uns sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt. Die Übergabe mit dem freundlichen Vermieter war völlig problemlos.

Sehr geschmackvolles Feriendomizil

Das mit viel Liebe zum Detail und gutem Geschmack renovierte Haus bietet viel Comfort. Schöne Böden, sehr geschackvolle Bäder, tolle Wandfarben, schicke und gut ausgestattete Küche....... Es entsprach alles den Fotos und Erklärungen im Internet. Gepflegter Pool und netter kleiner Hinterhofgarten. Ein Luxus in dieser kleinen Strasse waren auch die zwei Garagenplätze. Wir haben dieses Haus mit vier Erwachsenen bewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
