Esta nueva propiedad magnífica completado 06 2014 es un fantástico arquitecto 4 dormitorios diseñado villa.
También poseemos 1 otra villa de lujo al lado. Son números de propiedad, 1.894.912 en el caso de más de una familia quiere pasar sus vacaciones juntos y si las semanas solicitados ya están reservados en esta propiedad, también con diferentes precios.

Esta hermosa propiedad ofrece lujo 5 estrellas alojamiento privado solitarias para unas maravillosas vacaciones en Madeira en la costa sur caliente al final de una tranquila pacífica Cul de Sac. Hay 4 dormitorios grandes dobles, 2 de ellos tienen excelentes modernos baños en - suite. Hay otro baño superfamilia justo al lado de la sala y un lavado lavadero máquina separada de la planta baja. El mobiliario interior es moderno, cómodo, acogedor, y la mayoría importados de Italia. Tiene una fantástica cocina abierta ultramoderno hermoso. Hay grandes tumbonas de madera para tomar el sol y tumbonas.
Esta villa de lujo ofrece TV vía satélite y reproductor de DVD, un nuevo sistema de aire acondicionado y purificación de aire, alarmas de seguridad y portones eléctricos abiertos para proporcionar estacionamiento fuera del camino. La sauna, el tenis de mesa y el gimnasio están instalados recientemente y están incluidos en el precio.
PISCINA CHIMENEA HASTA 19ºC de temperatura normal. También hay un jacuzzi si se solicita y se puede calentar por 20 euros por día. La piscina también se puede calentar por encima de 19 a 26 días y este precio también es de 30 euros por día.

El jardín ajardinado con vistas al mar sin restricciones en la parte delantera y detrás de las montañas de la aldea que ofrece parapente a unos 5 minutos de la villa. En el jardín hay asientos al aire libre para 10 personas viviendo para relajarse bebiendo vino viendo el sol, ya que se pone sobre el mar. Las montañas proporcionan la levada camina famoso por en esta encantadora isla.

Esta villa se encuentra a poca distancia de todas las tiendas, incluyendo supermercados, bancos, restaurantes, farmacia, peluquería, etc. Dentro de 10 minutos en coche hay supermercados, hospitales y clínicas, dentistas, hoteles, puerto deportivo, con playas de arena y barcos para la pesca de altura o el surf.

We had a fantastic week long stay in the blue villa. The facilities were fantastic. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and the children absolutely loved playing in it every day. We also enjoyed the table tennis table and the jacuzzi. The villa is extremely spacious and has a super kitchen and tv for a relaxing evening. Water was always hot for showers and plenty of towels for use by the pool and in the bathrooms. The host was so helpful and treated us to a lovely cake on arrival. We hope to be back again.

Amazing villa, home from home

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The villa was clean, with modern furnishings, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area and pool were fantastic, and the views were to die for. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay, and better hosts. 10/10

Roomy accommodation with all mod cons... very well laid out with pool, plenty of indoor/outdoor seatng, and separate downstairs TV area.for kids to escape to(!), large bedrooms with loads of wardrobe space and great bathrooms. Loved the thoughtful practical touches, like nibbles and drink in fridge on arrival, lots of pool towels and.pool toys, laundry basket in bathrooms, and fact the owner popped round to check we'd settled and also to see us off You really need a car, or bus/taxi(of which plenty) for this property.

Happy holiday makers

We had a great time in this villa. Modern, spacious, clean, good location, quite neighborhood. A good size swimming pool. The only problem was the jacuzzi as it was broken and only one jet was working . The owner had to order some parts so it was not possible to fix it during our stay. That was disappointing but at least the owner offered us some refund. In general, a place to recommend.

I spent 2 weeks with my family in the villa. The village of Calheta is quiet. The villa is near the marina of Calheta where you can find a beach with white sand, many activities like whales watching and many goods restaurants. Calheta is one of the hotest village of the island and, from my point of view, one of the more beautiful. The villa is really fantastic with a efficient wi-fi, big BBQ in stones, kitchen with everything you could need: induction hot plate, ice cube directly from the fridge, fryers,.. We used the swimming pool every day. The water was so pleasant. Rosa and Alberto are exceptionals hosts, they give you many good advices and are always here if you need some help. I hope I could come back as soon as possible to this villa.

Spacious and comfortable with outstanding views!

My family and I spent 10 nights in Calheta at Alberto’s beautiful home! It was a great amount of space for 3 adults and one 10 year old. Easily could have fit another family with the use of downstairs. The place was well equipped to make meals and eat on the veranda overlooking the town and the mighty Atlantic. We loved staying in Calheta- with a rental car- it was easy to access various other nearby communities. The town is just down the hill (by car) and there are a good amount of restaurants and a grocery store. Rosa was wonderful to communicate with. We enjoyed having paid access to the hot tub, and access to the sauna and unheated pool included with the house. Next time we visit in the winter however- we will pay to have the pool heated. While the weather was nice- the pool was still a bit frigid. Overall we had an amazing family vacay. We enjoyed spending Christmas at this lovely home and look forward to returning to Madeira! Wohlfühlurlaub mit Familie

Die hervorragenden Bewertungen der Immobilie können wir nur bestätigen. Wir haben uns in der Villa unglaublich wohl gefühlt und alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Selbst ein Hochstuhl für unsere Enkelin war vorhanden. Hervorzuheben ist auch die wirklich nette Kommunikation mit Rosa. Den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt, da muss man allerdings bei den Fliesen aufpassen, dass man nicht ausrutscht. Es war insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt und es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir durften mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar in der Blue-Villa zu Gast sein. Rosa und Alberto sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Aufgrund schlechten Wetters kamen wir erst mit 3 Tagen Verspätung in Madeira an. Während der Komplikationen bekamen wir von Rosa immer sofort eine Antwort und nachdem wir endlich angekommen waren lief alles super und perfekt. Wir bekamen tolle Tips für unseren Urlaub. Die Villa hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist seht gut eingerichtet mit allen Geräten. Gekocht haben wir in der Küche nicht, dafür waren die Lokale am Hafen von Calheta und Umgebung zu gut und günstig. Wenn man die Umgebung erkunden will oder einen tollen Wanderurlaub verbringen will, oder die Einkäufe fürs Frühstück in die Villa bringen möchte, ist ein Mietwagen stets erforderlich. Neben der hervorragend eingerichteten Küche überzeugte die Villa mit Jakuzzi, Pool, Sauna, 4 Schlafzimmern mit 9 Betten und 3 Bädern sowie großem Wohn- und Esszimmer und dem tollen Meerblick. Madeira ist wirklich wundervoll, alles schön grün, super Klima, immer frische Luft… Herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, auch eine kaputte Liege wurde sofort gegen 4 neue Liegen getauscht. :-) Wir kommen wieder, Danke für alles. Überdurchschnittlich ausgestattete Ferienvilla

Die Villa bietet mehr Platz, als man benötigt. Die Hälfte der Zimmer blieb ungenutzt. Es ist alles für einen entspannten Ferienaufenthalt vorhanden und man kann sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen. Wir haben uns auch sehr über die Tischtennisplatte gefreut. Wer diese allerdings intensiver nutzen will, sollte eigene Schläger und Bälle mitbringen. Das WLAN reicht nicht bis zum Hauptschlafzimmer, ist aber sonst im gesamten Haus und draußen verfügbar. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und kann den Sonnenuntergang erleben. Den Blick trüben nur die überall auf der Insel wild gespannten Stromleitungen, die dann eben auch in jedem Foto auftauchen. Ein kleiner Störfaktor war der Nachbarshund, der anhaltend kläffte. Klopapier und Müllbeutel waren nur einmalig vorhanden, dafür gab es ausreichend Handtücher, die man bei einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt aber auch mal waschen muss. Netterweise hatten die Vormieter etwas Waschmittel dagelassen. Spülmaschinentabs muss man selbst besorgen. Das konnte unsere Freude am Aufenthalt in der Blue Villa aber kaum trüben und wir haben die Zeit und das großzügige Platzangebot sehr genossen. Zur Begrüßung hat uns die Inhaberin sogar mit einem selbst gebackenen Kuchen erfreut.

Moderne und komfortable Villa am Berg

Fazit Plus: Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, komfortabel ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die einheimische Vermieterin ist sehr aufgeschlossen und spricht sehr gut englisch, sodass keine Fragen ungeklärt bleiben. Die Beheizung des Pools ist zwar mit einem Aufpreis verbunden, der sich aber lohnt, da das Wasser dadurch sehr angenehm warm war (im März schon noch wichtig). Fazit Minus: Das umgebende Grundstück ist, gemessen an der Größe des Hauses recht klein und man ist umgeben von vielen anderen Villen in allen Richtungen. Für uns kein Problem, aber vielleicht nicht für jeden: An den Innenwänden des Hauses verlaufen schon mal Ameisen-Karawanen.

Beautiful place and location

We absolutely loved this villa. Beautiful view and location. Amazing value. The VRBO app gave us some difficulties paying our hosts for several of the extras we wanted to include after our arrival, so that was frustrating, but not the host’s fault. My only wish for the villa was that it had a knife set, as we were cutting up fruit and other items for our meals for seven people.

Perfect Christmas and New Year Holiday

The villa is perfect for even a longer holiday with your family or friends. We spent 15 days here with our friend's family. Excellent facilities, very well equipped kitchen, brilliant host. The stunning view from the patio is unbeatable in the mornings when you drink your coffee and/or have your breakfast. As the villa is on the south cost the weather is excellent, the sun is always out! ;) Calheta is a peaceful village; relaxing enviroment, sandy beach, good location. The host , Rosa is very kind and helpful, never lets you down! Our flight arrived during the night but we were able to check in and we had a cake as a welcome present (it was like you arrived home).. Even around the Christmas period she and her team was fully helpful and sorted everything for us. Thank you very much again for your kindness and hospitality! We recommend the villa with no doubt! 5 star

A lovely stay in a beautiful villa

It's nice when a rental property is at least as good as it promises in the listing. This is an excellent villa with a great management team who make you feel welcome from the outset. There's a great view across the ocean and the pool and jacuzzi add cream to the cake. You really need a car to enjoy the locality, though you should be aware that many of the roads on the island are narrow and steep and, if you intend to park in Funchal, then small is good when it comes to a car. We had a lovely time at the villa and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it

Eine sehr schöne Villa

Die Villa ist noch recht neu und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es gibt alles bis hin zu Holz, Kohle und Anzünder zum Grillen. Auch die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet für ein Ferienhaus. Für vier Personen ist in ausreichender Menge und Qualität alles da. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Absolut ein geheim Tipp. Vermittler Agentur immer erreichbar. Top Lage, für alle die Ruhe und schöne Aussicht lieben. Disco und Party ist nicht, und das ist auch gut so. Normalerweise fahre ich nicht zweimal zu gleichen Urlaubsort, aber ich glaube dieses Mal werde ich das ändern, da ich noch vieles zu zu erkunden habe. Das Haus absolut Top. Perfect family villa.

We have just come back from a really enjoyable and relaxing holiday at the Blue Villa in Calheta. We arrived well before check in time but the villa was ready for us which was appreciated after a very early start, Rosa and Alberto were very helpful showing us around and giving us some advise on where to visit and to eat. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with top quality appliances and had everything you could possibly need to cook with. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a fantastic view over the sea and the garden is well kept and a decent sized pool. This was our second visit to Madeira, the first time staying in a hotel near Funchal. Staying at the villa gives you a better opportunity to see the north and west of the island at your own pace rather than using coach tours. You definitely need a car and driving the roads is certainly an experience not to be missed! We can highly recommend staying here.
