En un entorno paradisíaco, les propongo en Porto-Raphael (Cerdeña Nord Est Palau), la contratación de una villa típica sarda ubicada en un bonito y pequeño pueblo "La Sarra" con una piscina común rodeada de rocas de granito, y de Exuberante vegetación, con impresionantes vistas del archipiélago de la Maddalena.
El lugar es ideal para la relajación y la tranquilidad de vacaciones.
A 3 km se encuentra el puerto turístico de Palau, cerca de las playas más bellas del norte de Cerdeña ( 'Porto Cervo Porto Rotondo)
La villa renovado tiene en la planta baja de un comedor con cocina abierta, una chimenea, un dormitorio y un baño. Un tragaluz piso de la sala ático y un ático zona común con 1 cama aire acondicionado.
Fuera de la casa una escalera le llevará en una terraza, donde podrá disfrutar de una magnífica vista. El pequeño puerto de Porto Rafael, con su famoso lugar pequeño ofrece la posibilidad de alquilar un pequeño barco para visitar la isla y Budelli playa de la isla de Spargi de color rosa y la isla de la Maddalena. Disfrutar de mojitos bar "Harrys bar" sabor del restaurante frente al mar y tiene un DJ en la playa para hacer bailar.

Family Trip

We loved staying at Villa Carla for a week, it was in a gorgeous setting and so close to some really lovely beaches and was the perfect setting for our family to relax and enjoy each others company. The people were so friendly and Lorenzo who helped in the village so really helpful and answered any questions. We loved driving around Sardinia, you definitely need to hire a car to get anywhere, nothing is in quick walking distance but the location is great being next to Palau so we also were able to do a boat trip, and visit some really cool towns close by. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Magic rocky environment close to a lot of beautiful beaches.

As a family with an 11-year-old daughter and a 17-year-old son, we spent our three-week vacation in the beautifully situated Villa Sarra located between Palau and Porto Pollo. The environment is just magic. The house is very advantageous and pleasantly furnished with everything you need including the very useful air conditioning. Many thanks for the many useful tips to Rom, Juan and Evelyn. We hope we can afford the holiday again in 2 years.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist deutlich überbewertet und sehr unpraktisch Wir sind durch Kikka sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Vorab-Infos waren alle super.Sie zeigte und erklärte uns alles. Der erste Eindruck war sehr positiv. Die Ferienwohnung ist jedoch nur oberflächlich gesehen sauber und praktisch. Wir haben mit jeden öffnen von Schränken und Schubladen verdreckte Oberflächen vorgefunden. Angefangen vom Kühlschrank, über eine verschimmelte Waschmaschine bis hin zu verklebtem Besteckkasten, verdreckten Schränken voller Dinge, die wir nicht benötigten und Schubladen, in denen ganz viel alte, verdreckte Dinge aufbewahrt wurden. Schnell war klar: Die Ferienwohnung braucht definitiv eine Grundreinigung. Wir haben die Couch nur ein kleines Stück verrückt und haben viele tote Kleintiere und Dreck (nicht nur Staub) vorgefunden. Die Abflüsse in dem Bad mit der Toilette müssen definitiv gereinigt werden. Auch die Beschreibung stimmt nicht mit der Ausstattung überein.Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle mussten wir selbst kaufen. Auch haben wir selbst neue Lappen gekauft, da die vorhandenen nicht gerade sauber aussahen. Der Kamin ist zwar vorhanden, aber nicht nutzbar. Das sind zwar nur Kleinigkeiten. Aber wenn sie da aufgeführt sind, dann sollte das auch vorhanden und nutzbar sein. Das ganze Haus und der Garten sind vollgestellt mit Deko-Artikeln und Pflanzen. Das sieht zwar schön aus, ist aber sehr unpraktisch. Wir waren mit zwei Teenagern da und benötigten entsprechend Sta

Madam, having read your severe assessment, I will respond to you point by point. When you booked my house the first thing is to read the description complete. My house matches the criteria you must have read in the ad. In the residence my house is the cheapest on the market know that for the samedi type of house you have to count between 300 and 450 euros per night. If this did not suit you,you should report it to the person in charge before signent the inventory in their presence. You contacted the manager several times by phone the always came often for nothings. You received a gentleman to replace a gas bottle in insuitable clothing. You did’nt even follow the instructions for the jacuzzi ( sunscreen on the water as well as sand on the bottom. Each time a holidaymaker arrives and departs the manager kikka sends me a series of photo of the cleaning carried out. You left the house without Waiting for the checkout that was supposed to be done by kikka and left the house unlocked with the keys placed on the sofa. I dot not recommend this vacationer to any villa owner.

Prachtige, ruime villa. Onderdeel van een kleinschalig vakantiepark met zwembad (zonder ligstoelen, toezicht aanwezig). Faciliteiten zijn uitstekend en komen overeen met de omschrijving en de (iets verouderde) foto’s. Het ontbreekt aan niets! Op het dak staat een heerlijke jacuzzi, met uitzicht op de Maddalena eilanden. Door de steile paden en trappen in en om het huis, zijn het park en villa minder toegankelijk voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn. In de omgeving zijn diverse prachtige stranden, op 15-30 minuten rijden. In Palau zijn vele prima restaurants, supermarkten en winkeltjes. Een auto is noodzakelijk voor het maken van uitstapjes. Op het park is een centrale parkeerplaats met (overkapte) eigen parkeerplek.

Gepflegte Ferienanlage mit tollem Blick. Die Sonnenterrasse ist eine grüne Oase. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten inkl. einem grossen Essplatz. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, Gewürze, Olivenöl etc. waren vorhanden. Die Lage war für Ausflüge entlang der Nordküste super. Palau mit der Fähre nach La Maddalena ist in ca. 15 min zu erreichen. Hier gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Zwei Supermärkte sind ca. 2km vom Objekt entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Kikka war vor und während des Aufenthalts top. Die Deckenhöhe in den oberen Schlafräume war niedriger als erwartet und die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist sehr schmal und steil. Alles in allem haben wir hier eine tolle Zeit verbracht.

Fantastische vakantie in een fantastisch huis op een fantastisch eiland

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Villa Carla op het fantastische Sardinie. Het huis is ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt op een prachtige locatie. We werden ontvangen door Kikka die heel erg flexibel was en meteen reageerde op onze vragen. Het is echt een aanrader en we zouden zeker een tweede keer gaan.

Villa Carla - ein Traum!

Die Villa Carla ist sehr zu empfehlen. Eine traumhafte Lage und ein wunderschönes Haus. Die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf La Maddalena zauberhaft. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Evelyn ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Villa Carla auf Sardinien ein Paradies und immer wieder.

Tolle Lage

Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Anlage mit Gemeinschaftspool. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt als Familie mit 3 Kindern (10,16,17). Allerdings gestaltete sich die Mülltrennung als schwierig, da nur es nur einen Mülleimer im Haus gab, der zugleich auch ein Ameisenproblem war. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, wobei schon einige Geräte kaputt waren. Einige Gläser und Teller waren kaputt, Kaffeemaschinenglas hatten einen Sprung, Toaster mit Käseresten, Gabeln und Messer teilweise rostig. Abflüsse in der Dusche könnten auch gereinigt werden. Es war ein schöner Urlaub mit einigen Makeln.

Ich habe das Personal ersetzt und bin von nun an der Eigentümer, der den Check-in durchführt. Das Notwendige wurde getan, um das kaputte Geschirr zu ersetzen. Traumregion im wunderschönen Sardinien

Wunderschön, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Feriendomizil in bester Lage, Check in auch noch am Sonntag Abend nach 22 Uhr möglich. Lorenzo, der Hausverwalter, hat uns mit Tipps zu Restaurants, Supermärkten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden versorgt und war auch sonst immer für uns komplikationslos per WhatsApp erreichbar. Der große Pool war durch einen Rettungsschwimmer bewacht. Der Whirlpool war der Traum unserer Tochter. Die zwei Terrassen boten Möglichkeiten für Frühstück und Abendessen, je nachdem wie die Sonne steht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich von einem Ferienhaus wünscht.

Es ist phantastisch dort. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten und einen kleinen Hof. Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe fürs Detail angelegt worden. Vom Dach aus, wo auch der Whirlpool steht, kann man das Meer sehen. Alles ist sehr individuell und ruhig. Lorenzo, der sich um alles kümmert, war uns bei der Inbetriebnahme des Whirlpools behilflich. Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte gibt es in Palau.

Un havre de paix dans un écrin de verdure et de fleurs

Nous recommandons vivement cette location car non seulement la maison est magnifique et très bien décorée mais en plus il y a un spa avec vue sur mer et la grande piscine de 20 mètres pour se détendre ! ! D'autre part, Evelyne la propriétaire est charmante et très à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons certainement un jour !

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön gestaltet und liegt wie im Inserat beschrieben in einer ruhigen, schönen Ferienwohnungseinheit. Der Blick auf die Maddalena-Inseln vom Gelände (den aber vom Haus selbst nur von der oberen Terrasse hat) ist traumhaft. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr schön individuell gestaltet. Das Badezimmer und die separate Dusche sind neu und, wie auch das ganze Haus, sehr sauber. Romuals stand uns bei Fragen und Problemen immer zur Verfügung. Auch mit dem Pool gab es unter Berücksichtigung der Öffnungszeiten keine Probleme. Klar, wenn man eine Woche vor Ort ist, fallen immer Kleinigkeiten an und auf, aber insgesamt ist das eine absolut großartige Unterkunft, die wir nur wärmstens empfehlen können und in die wir auch gerne wieder zurückkämen.

Tolles Haus in toller Anlage

Wir haben uns sofort im Urlaub gefühlt. Tolles gut ausgestattetes Haus. Anlage ist auch richtig schön ind top gelegen mitten im Berg. Vielen Dank

Ein schönes Häuschen mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben hier wundervolle 3 Wochen zu Viert verbracht. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber und so wie auf den Bildern. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Evelyne hat einen guten Dekogeschmack ;) Das einzige was uns fehlte war ein Schrank, indem man auch Kleider aufhängen kann. Sonst gibt es nichts was man verbessern könnte. Wir waren bzw sind sehr zufrieden. Schade, was die Vorgänger auch schon beschrieben hatten, sind die Pool- Öffnungszeiten. Von 10-13 Uhr und von 16-19 Uhr ist schon sehr wenig. Manchmal öffnete er gar nicht - trotz Hauptsaison Romuald, der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist super. Ihn kann man alles fragen und er gibt gute Tipps. Er spricht perfektes Englisch. Die Lage der Anlage bietet eine tolle Möglichkeit für schöne Tagestouren, z.B. Castel Sardo, Alghero, La Maddalena, Golfo Arranci um nur einige zu nennen. Zur Krönung des Ganzen gibt es auf der Dachterrasse noch einen beheizten Whirlpool. Abends hat man von hier aus einen schönen Blick und kann relaxen. Die 3 Wochen vergingen wie im Flug - bestimmt kommen wir mal wieder Jenny & Alex mit Lenny & Lotta

For the opening hours of the swimming pool it is difficult because now that there is lifeguard we have to respect his working hours.
