If you want to kick back and enjoy everything that is funky and cool about “Old Quinns” then Seaside Rocks Studio Apartment is for you. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, cafes and park. Enjoy your day at the beach then come back and relax in your “home away from home”. The space: Self contained studio apartment is on the ground floor of my home in Old Quinns Rocks. As a longtime traveller myself I know what makes me feel good when travelling so I have tried to include everything you may need for a short or extended stay. We offer free Fibre Connected National Broadband Network connected WiFi with unlimited use. The apartment also has its own onsite car parking space or if you prepare there is off street parking at the bottom of the driveway. If you are a “foodie” you can indulge yourself with a fully fitted out Chefs kitchen or visit one of our many local eateries. If you feel up for it you can take a leisurely walk along the coastal path to Mindarie Marina (or a 6 min drive) to enjoy the bars and cafes at this awesome venue. More Info: Quiet location near the beach. Full reverse cycled air conditioning means you stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Ideal for 2 guests with a Queen sized bed. The apartment has a 2 metre wardrobe with hanging compartments and drawer storage – the wardrobe has a full length mirror. 39” HD TV with media player that provides Netflix – Youtube and all terrestrial Aussie TV stations. The kitchen includes a full oven and grill plus a cooktop. There is a microwave – fridge freezer and a full size dishwasher. All pans utensils crockery and cutlery are provided. There is also a toaster and kettle plus an espresso capsule coffee maker so you can make a good “cuppa” any time. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar or if you want to dine more formally there is a separate table with 4 chairs. The separate bathroom offers a 90cm shower enclosure with quality shower a 90cm vanity unit separate mirror light for shaving or applying makeup - theres also a heated towel rail to dry your towels. Laundry service can be provided at a nominal fee if required – just ask I am happy to help. Public transport is only a 3 minute walk away with a connecting bus to the local train station that links to all major locations in Perth. The location: Old Quinns is a very quiet seaside holiday location about 40 km from Perth CBD - a very short walk will take you to cafes parks and the beach. A great place to stay to unwind and relax or as a base to visit relatives who live the lucky life in our amazing Western Australia. Getting around: Only a 3 minute walk to the local bus that will take you to the surrounding area or to the local train station in Clarkson. The train takes you through the Perth northern suburbs to Perth CBD and onward to Fremantle - Mandurah etc. Other things to note: We provide a local guide which gives information on local takeaway’s / restaurants / cafes and activities. Directions and hints and tips are available in the guide book. It should be noted that this is a relatively new property and the final landscaping of the front of the property is not yet completed. All works are being personally undertaken by the owner – there will be no work during periods of guest occupancy.
