In a setting of meadows and forest, on the edge of Via Vercors (100m) and near the Bruyant waterfall. Near GR 9 and GR 91. Ski resort at Lans en Vercors 5km). Autrans, Meaudre; Villard de Lans at 15 km. In summer, many paths take you into the forest to collect wild berries and mushrooms. Wave pool at Villard de Lans. The house has an area of 145 m2 with a large living room, a kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge) TV, Veranda, Shaded terrace, Large Garden. Private parking. Numerous activities on Lans en Vercors (4km) and Villard de Lans.
