25 minutes from Brest, house on private land near the sea and a beautiful sandy beach (500m).
The house is organized on the ground floor, a large living room with kitchen (stove type piano, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, all utensils and dishes for cooking, toaster, refrigerator, freezer), dining room (6 10 pers) and lounge (fireplace / TV).
In a private room with TV bathroom (shower), toilet and utility room (washer and dryer).

La maison est très agréable : grande, lumineuse, bien équipée. L'arrivée, le départ et la communication avec Sophie ont été très faciles (échanges, explications ...). Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement et dans cette magnifique région.

Super séjour à Plouarzel, un logement au top avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur pour passer de bonnes vacances. Je recommande ! ( mais pas trop quand même sinon il y aura trop de touristes dans le coin ! Lol )

Une maison près des plages et des sentiers de randonnée

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables dans cette spacieuse maison située à 5 minutes à pied de la mer. La maison est très bien équipée avec un joli jardin fleuri. La propriétaire est charmante et a été très réactive après un petit problème de douche. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, konnten die Terrasse für jegliche Mahlzeit nutzen. Aus der oberen Etage hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, nachts hört man das Meeresrauschen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz! Die Kinder waren über das vorhandene Spielzeug erfreut! Toller Urlaub, kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wirklich perfektes Haus in wundervoller Lage.

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei kleinen Kindern (2-7) zu Gast. Es hat uns wirklich rundum gefallen. Das Haus ist gut im Schuss, es fehlt wirklich an nichts und die Lage, 5 Fussminuten zum nächsten Strand, sind excellent! Und der sehr freundliche Empfang durch Sophie war das Sahnehäubchen.

Un gîte agréable et bien placé

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Le gîte est spacieux, lumineux, confortable et au calme. Sa localisation est parfaite pour se rendre à la plage à pieds, faire des ballades sur le GR34, à 20 minutes du Conquet pour embarquer à destination de Ouessant, et 30 minutes d'Oceanopolis à Brest.

La situation géographique de la maison est parfaite : elle est vraiment très proche de la mer. Cette maison est chaleureuse, tres pratique à tout niveau et donc agréable à vivre. Et le petit plus : la propriétaire est tres sympa ! Ca donne vraiment envie d'y retourner !

Un séjour de rêve dans un lieu idyllique

Très agréable maison, chaleureuse et bien agencée. Encastrée dans un lotissement, elle n'est pas forcément facile à repérer, mais tout y est pensé pour un vie familiale facile. La mer est à quelques pas, et les environs proposent des balades fantastiques.
