Comfortable Moscow Retreat

Welcome to our classic home on a quiet residential street. This charming house has an open floor plan with cozy gas fireplace. The home is within easy walking distance to downtown, and enjoy easy access to both University of Idaho and Washington State University for their activities. Enjoy all that Moscow has to offer! The house has three bedrooms and a bathroom and a half as well as a large yard and beautiful deck.

When you come into the home, there is a living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, master bedroom with attached half bath and office on the main floor. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms. There are 3 stairs coming down to the front door of the house from the road and 2 small steps into the home. Off the back door you will find a large deck with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying Moscow’s lovely seasons.

Parties are not allowed on the premises. There will be a $2000 fine if found partying. The neighbors will inform us if there is a party.

Quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minute walk to downtown. Grocery is just around the corner as well as Dutch Brothers, Walgreens and Sonic. There is easy access to the University of Idaho and WSU in Pullman (just a 20 minute drive). Moscow has a free bus system with a bus stop just half a block away. 5 minute walk to downtown Moscow. 5 minute drive to U of I.
