It includes: Pantry with washing machine, dishwasher, mini oven/grill, shower. Open kitchen with fridge/freezer, hood, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, filter and Tassimo coffee makers, kettle. Living room with table + chairs, buffet. Living room with TV, 2 convertible sofas. Separate toilet. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and closet. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and closet. BATHROOM: shower and sink. South and East side covered terrace with wooden garden table + chairs, barbecue. Unfenced garden of about 400 m² - Internet by fiber.
END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 120€). A contribution to charges of 50€ per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included.
