🏠 The House:

Tastefully renovated semi-detached house of 47m2, consisting of a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower, all bordered by a wooden terrace with an unobstructed view of the pine trees.

- An entrance with a glass door leading to shelves and a storage unit.
- The kitchen open to the living room has a large and very functional standing table. It has 4 induction burners, an oven, a microwave, a small dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a French press and everything you need to cook.
- The master bedroom of 12m2 has a storage area and a 160 x 200cm bed.
- The small bedroom of 5m2 has a 140 x 200cm bed as well as shelves and a small storage wardrobe.
- Outside: a large wooden terrace surrounds the house. You have a round teak table, a relaxation area with a garden lounge area and a deckchair. An electric plancha will be at your disposal. The garden is fully fenced.

🌳 The Residence:

Quiet and private residence under the pine trees, you have a parking space in front of the house. Other visitor spaces are available a few meters away.
The residence also has a communal swimming pool 1 minute walk away, open from June 15 to September 15.

⛱ The environment:

Between the village and the ocean, the residence is ideally located. The cycle paths start in front of it and it is easy to get to the village, the various beaches, the golf course, etc...

Less than 5 minutes by bike from the residence you will have the choice between the central beach and its lively promenade: restaurants, bars, surf schools, shops...
Or the Cork Oaks beach, known as the green beach, quieter and wilder. Only accessible on foot or by bike.

Around the residence you will find:

- A sports course or nature walks around the lake.
- International golf (9 and 18 holes)
- Mini golf
- Adrenaline Park
- The Huchet current with its walks on foot or in boats.
- An equestrian center with walks in the forest or on the beach at sunset.

The house is not wheelchair accessible.
Rentals during the summer periods (beginning of July/end of August) are from Saturday to Saturday.
Cleaning is not included, however we can offer you a cleaning service.
