Large house between Futuroscope and Marais Poitevin, in the countryside 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms
A beautiful house recently renovated, located 45 minutes from the futuroscope, 1 hour from La Rochelle. The Puy du Fou is at 1:45 am by highway. The Poitevin marshes will welcome you for beautiful boat trips. The region offers you beautiful walks in the forest on foot or by bike.
In a quiet setting in the countryside you will find a house of 100 m² and a fenced garden of 2500 m².
The house includes a large living dining room equipped with a corner sofa flat screen, stereo and a dining area.
You have at your disposal free wifi access.
The kitchen includes a large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine ...).
You will find 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom.
3 rooms are at your disposal:
- a master suite with a 180 by 200 bed (sheet provided) with its shower room
- 1 bedroom with a 160 bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
Baby equipment (high chair, bath, potty, cot ...) is available on request.
Wifi access at your disposal
To make the most of your vacation, a veranda is at your disposal with table and garden chairs as well as a barbecue.
A parking lot to park your vehicle is available.
You will find the 1st shops 10 min from the rental, (supermarket, bakery, swimming pool etc ...)
