This well appointed apt is just minutes from Steamboat Springs, CO. Located in the quaint ranching/farming town of Hayden, CO. Just 2 blocks from our amazing local brewery, Yampa Valley Brewery, 3-5 blocks from the famous Wild Goose Coffee in the historic Hayden Granary, Grit Girls Southern Cooking, Hwy 40 Bar & Grill, and Sunny Side Up restaurant. We have an excellent small mercantile grocery store and Ace hardware located just 1 mile away. The Yampa River is just about 1 mile away, offering excellent fishing, summer river tubing, rafting, etc. Outdoor opportunities about year round and as hosts we can set you up with fishing, hunting, rafting, snowshoeing, horseback riding, sledding, snowmobile, skiing, hiking, about any other mountain outdoor adventure. Just a few blocks from the Hayden Historic Center Museum!

This area is famous for deer, elk, and antelope hunting, as well as bird watching! The Routt County Fairgrounds are just 5 blocks from the rental, making it a great place for layovers or stays during the fair. We also located just a quick 5 minute drive from the Steamboat Springs/Yampa Valley Airport.
