One of my favorite vacation properties we have stayed at so far. Loved the big sofa for relaxing and the lanai furniture was great! Loved the chaise to take naps outside. Equipped with absolutely everything you could need for the beach. I’m smitten and only want to stay here when I visit Maui again. Perfect ocean views and fabulous sunsets. We had other family members staying in 3 other condos and had an amazing time. We absolutely loved it!

The location was perfect and such a nice condo. I loved the dimmers on all the light switches. The balcony was so nice to sit on in the morning and the evening. I would totally stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is a new mattress in the 2nd bedroom, as it sags in the middle.

Everything about this place was great. The views, the decorations, and the amenities. The hosts were great, accommodating, and responsive. The only complaint we have is the small water heater located under the sink. It was small and not hot enough for 3 adults, two with long thick hair. If you know anything about girls with long thick hair, it takes a while to wash, condition, and rinse. We had to separate our time in between showers which became inconvenient after a day of snorkeling and trying to get ready at same time for dinner.

Best stay yet!This unit was absolutely perfect, could have easily slept 6, even though it was just the 2 of us.The kitchen was over the top and stocked so well!We will absolutely be staying here agin, the location of the unit was the perfect area for turtle watching.Love the Royal Mauian!

Wonderful time in this until. Sunsets were fantastic. Loved the automatic curtains in the evenings. Well appointed space. The unit had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards. Everything you’d need for the beach.

Kihei Sunsets

Prime location right on the ocean in Kihei. Enjoy beaches on each side of the building, local shops right across the street, and watch the turtles feed every morning on the reef out front from the covered lanai. Comfortable beds with upscale linens and decor, and a fully stocked kitchen with more than enough plates and utensils for a family. The air conditioning in each room is a welcome bonus! The roof top bbq's and lounge area are an excellent place to enjoy the sunset while dinner is being prepared.

Honeymoon in Maui

This condo is gorgeous and in a great location! Everything was in great condition. It was only my husband and I on our honeymoon, but we loved the extra space. There was so many stores and restaurants within walking distance and within very short driving distance. Loved being close to the beach and absolutely beautiful sundry views. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place with amazing views in amazing location

My wife and I took our twin 22-year old daughters to Maui for a week and had a wonderful experience in all ways. This unit was fully renovated about a year ago and it shows as everything was updated. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing as well. The walking score is a 95 with many restaurants, beaches and walking areas nearby. Only challenge was the master bath fan and fan light didn’t work and our experience with the property maintenance to fix it was a bit of a mess. But everyone involved was very friendly and accommodating. Overall an incredible place and we will plan to stay here again and recommend it.

The first visit was back in October 2020, right when Hawaii opened up after the pandemic. My husband and I kept saying, "We need to bring the kids with us next time!" Fast forward to now—we finally did, and the rental was absolutely perfect for our family of five!The location couldn’t be better; it’s central to everything we wanted to explore. We loved it so much that we’re already planning to return every two years! If this rental is available, you can bet we’ll be back! The staff at the resort were incredibly kind and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. When we had a little issue with the shower, maintenance was there in a flash to fix it—talk about great service! I’m completely in love with this place and can’t wait to come back and create even more unforgettable memories!

This condo is so well thought out with every little detail to make our stay ultra comfortable. I'm a tech guy and really appreciated all of the technology (USB/AC outlets everywhere/power shades/smart TVs/high-end fans and Air Conditioning) and my family loved the cleanliness and luxurious features and finishes. The view is absolutely perfect for watching turtles and gorgeous sunsets. The location to excellent shops and restaurants just across the street is perfect. We consider ourselves blessed to have stayed in this piece of paradise. Thank you so much for sharing your home with my family! We hope to come back someday.

Ocean Paradise

We rented this condo in early April 2024 and were so impressed. The condo is extremely clean and organized, with everything you could think of. It was out first time in Maui, and the views were incredible! We loved hanging out on the balcony, watching the whale spouts and the sea turtles in the rocks below. It is right next to a beautiful beach, where we spent hours swimming and snorkeling with the turtles. We will absolutely stay in this condo again when we come back to Maui!

February 2024 Stay

We have stayed in many units in this building and this one is nice except for the following. The suggestion we have is to request that the kitchen be cleaned of excess dishes, glasses, oversized coffee cups, pots, pans, and utensils so your guests have room for food storage. In a unit that sleeps 4, do you need 14 double sized coffee cups, 40+ dinner plates, 40+ salad plates, 10-15 salad bowls, 6 large water pitchers, 3 or 4 of every known kitchen utensil on the planet? Every cabinet or drawer is overstuffed with enough to fill 3-4 condo kitchens. For food storage there is 1 small 6" x 30" hard to open cabinet between the refer and kitchen wall.. We had to store dry goods in the oven because there was no room for storage in the cabinets. Additionally, it's nice to have all the beach toys and chairs, but, if a 4 people don't need them all, there is so much stuffed into the closets, there isn't enough room for clothes. Hopefully, someone will examine this place and clean it out!
