Great Location - Horrible Neighbors

The location was fabulous! But the apartment was not well cleaned, especially the bathroom, which had hair and visible mold. Pillowcases were missing for half of the pillows, some sheets were missing, there were no duvet covers, etc. The furniture was very uncomfortable, and the floor really needs to be refinished or replaced. The power went off about 1 or 2 times most days and had to be reset at the box in the hallway or upstairs. There is only 1 bath with a handheld sprayer and no fixed showerhead. But the worst was the neighbors. You should not rent this place if you expect to stay up past 10 pm. We were expected to not walk, sit on the creaky furniture (all of it) or take a quiet bath after 10 pm. The neighbors knocked on the walls and came to our door to complain about me filling the bathtub after 10 pm - since only monsters are up past 10 pm. Great location but not worth the hassle!

Het verblijf was erg slecht stonk naar katten of muizen pis Het was vies en smerig vooral keuken en inhoud Overgordijn kunnen niet dicht en geen bescherming binnen tegen de zon gordijn rails kwam naar benedenSlaapkamer had een verlaagd platform dus erg benauwd gevoel Elektriciteit bedrading lag open en bloot erg gevaarlijk Parkeren kon je niet en in de omgeving tegen hoog tarief In en uitladen voor de deur was niet toegestaan en politie werd gebeld Binnen een uur waren we vertrokken We hadden voor 9 dagen geboekt en ze willen geen restitutie geven

Un bateau survolant la plage

Un appartement calme et confortable, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, comme depuis le pont d’un paquebot. La décoration nous plonge dans un univers propice à la détente.Tout est là pour se sentir bien : logement bien entretenu, cuisine bien équipée, et un propriétaire attentif et disponible.Les balades sur la plage se terminent en beauté par des apéros face à des couchers de soleil inoubliables.Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr.

vue magnifique

très belle vue de tout l'appartement, seul bémol la propriétaire garde la baignoire qui date du temps ou c'était un hôtel (fuite, fond de la baignoire usée et cela ne donne pas envie de prendre un bain, pour de jeune enfant impossible de monter seul), les fenêtres ont besoin d'être changées beaucoup d'air passe, la vaisselle est insuffisante et ébréchée idem avec le reste beaucoup de chose à changer. En revanche nous avons été bien accueillis (pas de change pour nous intervention du plombier fuite dans les toilettes). A savoir parquet d'époque donc prévoir des chaussons notamment pour les enfants de nombreuses échardes.
