This recently built villa in the Provencal style of the south, is located by the road from Fréjus to Adrets de l'Esterel, just 3km from the friendly seaside resort of Fréjus and about 4km from the sea. On the Boulevard de Fréjus, there are pleasant restaurants and small shops. In the fenced garden (1200m2) with electric entrance door, you have a private swimming pool (7x4m), terrace with a sufficient number of garden furniture and barbecue.

Tierischer Urlaub

Horror! Es waren tausende Ameisen in mehreren Räumen. Zusätzlich war ein Mader in der Wand und Decke, der uns zum Lärm der Hauptstraße den Schlaf geraubt hat. Es war einfach nur laut und beängstigend. Hilfe blieb trotz Anfrage aus.

2 Wochen Paradies

Wir haben mit unserem 14-jährigen Sohn und unserem Hund 2 unbeschwerte Wochen wie Gott in Frankreich verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die 3 Schlafzimmer haben alle A/C, die wir bei durchgängig >30° auch gebraucht haben. Weber-Gasgrill, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Wenn etwas nicht funktioniert hat, wurde kurzfristig Ersatz beschafft (neue Gasflasche, Kaffeemaschine) oder das Gewünschte (Sonnenschirm) organisiert. Der Pool ist ein Traum, kindergesichert, das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt (wichtig für unseren Hund). Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Fréjus, damit ruhig, außer am Wochenende, da ist die Straße extrem laut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt vorhanden, der Sandstrand !!! ca. 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt und sehr ansprechend. Gern wieder.
