Beautiful house with sea view and beach 20 metres away!
Pleasant holiday home with extension in 2021 offering numerous sea views! Ideally located and completely renovated, it offers single-storey living, 2 south-facing wooden terraces and a fully enclosed garden.
Situated in a small fishing village, the house is ideal for learning to sand yacht, going for long walks or bike rides on the protected dunes that run alongside the sea, and enjoying fresh lobster and other shellfish just a stone's throw away. Its location is ideal for discovering the west coast of La Manche with all its maritime activities (sea kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, sand yachting, speed sailing, etc.), its unspoilt nature (Parc naturel des Marais du Cotentin), its D-Day history and its many commemorative sites.
With 140m2 of living space, this beautifully appointed house is very bright and has solid parquet flooring. Access to the beach is just opposite ...

Living room with stone fireplace, flat-screen TV and dining area opening onto large south-facing wooden terrace, fitted kitchen (dishwasher), 1 bedroom with 140x190 bed, 1 children's bedroom (bunk beds), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 separate toilets, then 1 master bedroom (160x200 bed) with its own bathroom and dressing area, direct access to the terrace from the bedroom.
First floor:
large living room (36m2) with several sea views: Jersey, Les Ecrehou, La Pointe de Carteret, lounge area, dining area and kitchen area, opening onto a second wooden terrace...
Its location between Cap Carteret and the Pointe d'Agon-Coutainville means you can discover the west coast of the Channel with all its maritime activities (from Cap de la Hague to Mont St Michel), its wild and unspoilt nature (Parc naturel des Marais), its D-Day history with its many commemorative sites, not forgetting its gastronomy...

Wir hatten wunderschöne Festtage in dem schönen Haus von Catherine und Didier. Die Nähe zum Strand, der Blick aufs Meer von der 1. Etage, die schöne Einrichtung und die gute Ausstattung: alles hat gepasst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholen können.Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr nett und wir haben uns sehr über die Aufmerksamkeiten gefreut!

Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Vom Obergeschoss hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer mit Jersey am Horizont und tolle Sonnenuntergänge am Abend. In Laufdistanz ca.10min befindet sich ein Baguette Automat, der jeden Morgen mit frischen Baguettes bestückt wird. Es gibt eine Senseo- und eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine. Die Vermieter Catherine und Didier sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ausflugstipps: unbedingt Insel Chausey, Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg, Mont St. Michel, Landungsstrände, Barfleur

Super moment en hiver

Belle maison très bien équipée (literie de qualité, belles salles de bain, vaisselle en quantité), très confortable, décorée avec goût, avec de beaux espaces et bien placée face à la mer mais protégée par la dune. La cheminée est un vrai plus en hiver. Calme absolu assuré. De plus, le Cotentin est une très belle région sauvage à visiter. Nous recommandons cette maison. Merci pour votre accueil.

Reiseziel Manche 2022

Das Objekt liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Feriensiedlung mit traumhaftem Blick direkt auf das Meer und für Ausflüge in der Region Manche super gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus benötigt 👍 (Kaffeemaschine, Senseomaschine, 2 Kühlschränke EG und OG, Waschmaschine, Grill, Fernseher, WLAN) und die Region zu erkunden (Fahrräder, Kinderspiel, Sandpielsachen usw.). Wir hatten traumhafte 14 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen dürfen. Dank der tollen Vorbereitung und des super Austauschs mit der Vermieterin Catrin und ihrem Mann hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder🌞 und bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich.

Sommerurlaub am Stand

Ein schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Strand zum genießen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, auch wegen den sehr netten Vermietern. Dieses Haus kann ich für einen Strand Urlaub nur empfehlen.
