Arcachon

The owner tried to get extra cleaning fee and pet fee which we refused. He charged us 60 euro for bed linen and towels even though Vrbo told us it was included. There is no pool and the local municipal one is closed for refurbishment. Parking is restricted to one car. (i intend making a claim)

Semaine difficile à cause du temps mais compliquée à cause des odeurs du wc du rez de chaussée lorsque l'on doit rester à l'intérieur et pièce de séjour trop sombre.Tous les couverts mis à disposition ont du être relaves et absence des produits de premières nécessités...sel,poivre,huile,vinaigre et café .

Appartement situé au calme, à proximité des commerces et du bassin. Propreté irréprochable et équipement très complet. Propriétaire disponible et joignable à tout moment. À noter que les chiens sont acceptés, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. À recommander sans hésitation.

Nous avons passe 6 jours à deux à Arcachon. Cet appartement est idéalement situé au calme dans un secteur pavillonnaire tout en étant proche des commodités, port, plage, centre ville d' Arcachon...Tout peut se faire à pied. L appartement est décoré avec classe et sobriété. Rien ne manque. Sa conception, son espace exterieur, nous donnent l impression d etre dans une maison. Denis est par ailleurs très empathique, disponible, et s enquiert du bien être de ses hôtes. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Sylvie et Olivier

Notre séjour chez Denis à arcachon

Nous avons été reçu par Denis le propriétaire avec beaucoup de sympathie. Il a pris le temps de nous faire visiter sa location et nous conseiller sur les promenades à effectuer aux alentours. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Il ne manque rien.... La terrasse est à l'abri de tout regard et calme. Notre séjour a été un peu court mais nous reviendrons très certainement Pour continuer la visite de la région.
