Beautiful apartment at the foot of the castle

Very nice private apartment of 51m² renovated in a historic district (at the foot of the castle) is perfect for a romantic stay for two in Saumur. It is 5 minutes from Place Saint Pierre with its restaurants and shops, opposite the banks of the Loire and cycle paths.
An American kitchen fitted with fridge / freezer, hob, oven, microwave. The comfortable living room can accommodate 4 with a 2 seater convertible sofa and 2 armchairs. LCD television with local digital channels.
One bedroom with 140 x 190 bed (bed linen is provided). Baby cot available on request
Work space has a desk and a sofa
A bathroom with sink, shower, W.C. and washing machine
free parking
We provide bed linen and towels.
We offer a very good breakfast (very generous) at € 9 per person extra, delivered to your apartment at the time you want

Super host, who was easy to contact, friendly and welcoming. The gite was really clean, and had everything you needed for a good stay. Free parking is available all around the property. Would highly recommend for a stay in Saumur.

Nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire par Aliona qui nous a même aidé avec nos bagages ! L’appartement est situé dans un cadre très agréable, dans une cour ombragée et agrémentée de fauteuils. Appartement naturellement climatisé qui nous a bien aidé à supporter la chaleur que nous avons eu. Aliona et Benoit ont tout fait pour que nous y sentions bien, mission accomplie je dois dire !! Gite tres bien situé, a proximité du centre ville et du magnifique château. Une propriétaire a l'écoute et tres serviable. Seul petit bemol nous avons eu froid, les temperatures negatives avait raison des radiateurs électriques. Certainement tres agréable au printemps ou en été.

Gezellig fris huisje met leuke binnentuin

Gelegen vlak bij het centrum, in een stille buurt. Het ontbijt was royaal, gebracht op het uur dat we wensten. Het is een zeer gerieflijk klein huisje, waar alles aanwezig is. Top host(ess)! Ideaal voor een koppel, mooie wandelstreek. Altijd iets te beleven.

Appartement in Saumur

Die Lage ist sehr gut zur Besichtigung von Schloss und Stadt. Problemloses Parken, äußerst sympathische Vermieterin. Das Appartement selbst ist in der Beschreibung wesentlich besser dargestellt als es ist. Küche mit kleiner Sitzecke besitzt das einzige Fenster der ganzen Wohnung (nur noch kleines Fenster im Bad, zum Treppenhaus?), ist also ziemlich dunkel. An der Spüle nur kaltes Wasser, sonst da, was man braucht. Eingebaute Dusche mit "abenteuerlichem" Duschkopf, Leitungen sehen nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend aus. Die Toilettenspülung läuft ständig laut nach, an Schlaf dann nicht zu denken. Wenn man den Deckel vom Spülkasten anhebt, hört es manchmal auf. Das Bett ist eine einzige Katastrophe, völlig durchgelegen, Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert. Lampe am Bett funktioniert nicht und man muss durch den stockdunklen Raum zum Bad. Insgesamt macht die Wohnung keinen guten Eindruck, Spinnweben an vielen Stellen, Tapeten lose. Ein Vorteil, es war angenehm kühl bei der herrschenden Hitze. Im Hof stehen verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten, die wir zum Frühstück nutzten. Würde die Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen.

Schade, dass Sie mir von all diesen Bemerkungen nichts erzählt haben, als Sie dort waren. Ich habe Sie jedoch gebeten, mich bei Problemen umgehend zu benachrichtigen. Ich habe mehrere Wohnungen in diesem Gebäude, ich hätte Ihnen auch andere Dinge anbieten können. Ich habe Ihre Kommentare zum Thema Warmwasser nicht verstanden, es gibt überall heißes Wasser (?) Und das Licht, im Raum gibt es 4 Lichtpunkte. Wenn Sie keine Lampe einschalten könnten (?), warum dann auf die Toilette gehen? Bezüglich der Probleme mit dem Bett und der Toilette habe ich noch keine Kommentare erhalten, also werde ich alles überprüfen. Ich bedanke mich für das Aufenthaltsfenster und wieder einmal ist es schade, dass Sie mir vor Ort nichts gesagt haben.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, niedliche Wohnung in toller Lage.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar toll und Saumur ein hübsches Städtchen mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben eingerichtet und im Sommer wegen der dicken Mauern angenehm kühl. Schön ist auch der Hof, auf dem man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen zum Ausruhen findet.

Super location in central Saumur

Very cosy appartement centrally in Saumur, close to shops, attractions and restaurants. Sited close to the Loire, there are plenty of things to do without a car, but the owners provided a safe parking space in a locked courtyard. Aliona and Benoît were wonderful hosts.

Großes Appartement nahe Zentrum

Das von uns gebuchte Appartement in dem Haus war einladend, groß und lädt auch zu einem längeren Aufenthalt ein. Fußläufig sind die Restaurants der Innenstadt von Saumur sehr gut zu erreichen. Pluspunkt.

Emplacement optimal de l'appartement, entre centre ville et naturee

L'appartement est propre, confortable, conforme aux photos, mais une seule fenetre peut gacher seriéusement le séjour en cas de mauvaise metéo, ( on n'y prete pas attention sur l'annonce). Et mettre un bien location avec des objets cassés ( ex : porte manteau ) ou qui ne tiennent pas au mur (radiateur) ou une salière/poivrière posé sur la table recouverte d'une vieille poussière n'est pas signe d'un appartement soigné. malgré tout nous recommandons cette location en étant sûr qu'il fasse du soleil
