The Victoire family home of one to ten people

Welcome to la Victoire de Noyers, the land of walnut trees, a vacation house located in the middle of Noyers groves in a calm, medieval village that has been classified as one of France's most beautiful cities. Moderately recent, the house has a walled-in yard built with Burgundian stone and gives you 400 square meters of cozy privacy. The house itself offers 179 square meters of living space and can take from 1 to 10 people plus a baby. It gives you a splendid view of the Gothic church, which is also a listed historical monument.

Built on three floors, the house is composed of an entrance with coat rack, a 70m² living space with two corner sitting areas, an open fireplace, a table that seats 10, an open and fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, boiler, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hob with glass ceramic panel, kitchen utensils.)
On the ground floor is the laundry room with clothes washer and dryer, toilet with sink and room with double bed and desk, walk-in closet, television, and private bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a sitting room with a television, a mezzanine that can sleep two adults, a large bedroom with a king-size bed, desk and walk-in closet, bathroom with angular bathtub.

On the second floor are two bedrooms, each with a single bed, storage and shelves.
You can linger in the stonewall-enclosed yard with fruit trees and a summer dining area that overlooks and offers exceptional views of the little town. A wonderful place to stop and catch your breath, la Victoire de Noyers is also an ideal place for getting to know the beautiful and calm surrounding area, full of medieval and modern treasures.
You have access to the entire house and yard (including outside yard furniture). Sheets and towels are furnished. There is a €40 end-of-stay cleaning fee. Please know that you do not have access to the small house in the yard or the workshop.

This is a non-smoker house, but there is an ashtray at the entrance for those who wish to smoke outside. Please respect the non-smoking house rules. Thank you.

The area is calm, close to the church, and has shops and restaurants within a stone's throw. Both the house and yard have unobstructed views.

Transportation
There is an SNCF train station 20kms away; otherwise, driving from Paris, it takes about two hours from the Porte de Bercy. Take the A6, exit at Nitry. The exact address will only be communicated once reservations have been confirmed.
