You have an open plan fully equipped American kitchen with a professional cooker, a refrigerator and a dishwasher.
Living and dining area:
Enjoy tasting the wines of the region around a dinner on an 8-seater dining table. The living room and the open fireplace await you for a moment of relaxation - around the fire, in music with sound system speakers or in front of a film with the home cinema.
Upstairs:
Large bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom designed in polished concrete.
Guest room:
With an independent entrance, a large master suite with a king size bed, rain shower and WC.
Basement
Washing machine, dryer and large fridge/freezer
The house has underfloor heating.
