About this property

THE 39-2: AT THE FOOT OF THE CITY, GARAGE & WIFI

Charming studio of 30 m² renovated in May 2017. Very well equipped, tastefully furnished: parquet floor, exposed beams, tomettes ... The city overlooks the house, 50m away!
Located on the ground floor of a typical Carcassonnaise house, in one of the oldest streets of the city: the rue de la Gaffe, in the nicest neighborhood of Carcassonne. The Rue de la Gaffe is almost pedestrian in summer, because only local residents drive there: calm assured!
You will be able to believe in the countryside while listening to the song of the birds and the sound of the bells of the nearby cathedral.
You are also close to all amenities: restaurants and cafes nice neighborhood, grocery store, pharmacy ... and 10 minutes walk from the Bastide Saint Louis and its famous market.
The linen is provided (bed linen, bath and toilet towels, tea towels).
A parking space is reserved for you in the big closed garage of the house, without supplement.
A common laundry room is at your disposal (washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment and vacuum cleaner).
Pets allowed with my agreement only.
Baby chair and cot available on request.
