Stone-Built Holiday House (Centennial) Typical of central Portugal, in a pretty little village
The estate is 1 Hectare 5, with swimming pool, shaded relaxation area
The house has everything you need for a good stay
Pleasant terrace overlooking the estate and various fruit trees
Access to the garden, (Olive trees, Oak figs, orange and lemon grapes according to the season and a vegetable garden)
You have access to the pool and sunbeds are available
a shaded boules pitch (balls provided)
Private parking, there is a gate with a code to enter the property
the domain is delimited by a pretty wall of stone and flowering hedge,

Housing
This cozy little house is a real haven of peace,
Mezzanine bedroom open to the living room
 The room consists of a bed of 160x200, for the 3rd sleeping sofa 110x250,
the bedding is very comfortable,
Fully equipped kitchen with wood burning stove and all the comforts.
the Italian shower and WC are downstairs,
the living room is bright with a small wood stove Godin for winter and cool summer house
an extra backup heater for the winter, and a Fan for the summer
Kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, Small Appliances, and all necessary utensils
the terrace is spacious and very pleasant

Small typical village of 7 houses, very quiet with stone path (in Calçada
Cabaços is 5km away where you will find a bakery, a bar, a restaurant, a post office, a petrol station, a bookstore, a printing office and a small shop and a small supermarket at 1km 5 on the national road.
Thursday a pickup truck of fruits and vegetables
Saturday a fishmonger walking in the village honking to warn of his passage to 12H30and13H
Supermarket in Alvaiazere (5km) or Tomar 27km

Location exceptionnelle

Pour ceux qui aiment le calme, une grande piscine en pleine campagne et à quelques encablures de très belles villes à visiter, la villa Bela est idéale. Et en plus il ne fait pas trop chaud la nuit ce qui permet de se reposer pleinement. On a adoré et Anabela et Thierry y sont pour beaucoup. Ils ont le goût de l’accueil et font attention à ce que le séjour soit une réussite. Et tout ça sans être insistant. C’est un petit paradis.

Não fora uma alteração meteorológica, em que a temperatura baixou um pouco e o vento se fez sentir com alguma alguma intensidade, situação que depois normalizou, teria sido uma estadia perfeita. Propriedade excelente e muito bem cuidada, com óptima piscina, excedendo o anunciado, e com a Anabela (proprietária) inexcedível em atenções e preocupações com o nosso bem estar, secundada pelos familiares que nos receberam. Infelizmente não podíamos permanecer mais tempo, mas muito provavelmente iremos conseguir lá voltar em breve.

Passámos 5 dias muito agradáveis nesta casa com uma piscina magnífica. O espaço exterior com árvores de fruto e jardim é o seu maior atributo. Os proprietários foram muito simpáticos, atenciosos e estiveram sempre disponíveis. Ótimo para uns dias calmos em família!

Petite maison dans un super domaine !

Emplacement idéal entre Porto et Lisbonne. Petite maison très agréable dans un super cadre de verdure, au calme, sans vis-à-vis. Une magnifique piscine et un beau terrain de boules ombragé. Excellent accueil d'Anabella, qui met tout en oeuvre pour satisfaire ses locataires. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Fantastic place

The house was very charming and equipped with everything we needed, we were 3 persons. The terrace outside the house was excellent for relaxing and outdoor meals. The property/garden is just fantastic and the swimming pool superb! The place is is the countryside, located on a small hill with a gentle breeze on the warm days. We had access to the whole garden incl fruits, vegetables plus more. You will need a car to get around. It is a quiet place perfect to relax for some days, and it is even better than pictures can describe.
