Exactly as advertised and even bigger than it looks in the picture. Great communication. Short walk to all the fun and restaurants! Elevator to get up and down. Will definitely stay again if we come back.

Wonderful condo in Arnold’s Park

This is an exceptionally well kept property. It was very clean, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. It felt like home. It has all the amenities you expect and then some. The location is perfect and within walking distance to attractions in the area. The property owner is easy to get in touch with if you have any questions on how anything works and is very helpful. I would highly recommend this property. We look forward to returning when back in the area.

Great Condo Close to the Lake

We loved this condo, it was beautifully decorated, comfortable and right by the lake. The manager was always available if you had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Retreat Condos was excellent. Everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect for accessing shops/restaurants/bars. Couldn't have asked for a better long weekend at Lake Okoboji.

Perfect Okoboji condo

This condo was exceptional. The condo was very clean, beds were very comfortable and we had more that enough room for four adults. Our host was attentive to our needs. The property is a great location to everything that is Okoboji. Highly recommend!

Girls trip over the 4th of July!

The instructions to find keys, and use the codes were easy at check in. We really enjoyed the views, the pool, and the convenience of being within walking distance for coffee, dinner, boating, etc Great stay , plenty of room for 5 of us! Will definitely be back!

Great Stay all the way around. Beautiful clean condo nicely decorated with everything we needed during our stay. We loved sitting on the balcony In the morning looking at the lake. Also, within walking distance of all Arnold’s Park attractions.

Just Wonderful!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. First off, the cleanliness was really impressive. And I don't say that lightly because I am pretty up-tight when it comes to a clean place to stay. Usually no matter how clean, places still feel a bit grimy to me. But not this place. Maybe because it is really new or it is just that clean but the owners are really doing something right. It also has everything you could want in a condo - washer/dryer, nice balcony, bbq grill, pool, etc. And the location could not be better either. The amusement park, shops, restaurants, and the lake are a short walk out the front door. Also, communication with the owner was always met with a quick reply and they were very accommodating . Overall, we were very impressed and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you so much to the owners!
