Fantastic Location-Roof Top Patio (shared) and King Bed<br>This suite is on the 2nd level and requires guest to use stairs.

Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park. We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former Table 316 Restaurant.
These are in addition to our other Stay Properties across the street.
Browns Bay Suite offers a comfy king bed with a full bathroom. There are 2 additional rooms, each with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom just off the kitchen. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds) pots and pans.
The living room area has couch, chairs and smart TV.


You will receive an email with step by step check in instructions to find your suite. You will receive a text 24 hours prior with your door code.

You can walk to all the area bars and restaurants from this location. 1 block to the beach or jump on the boat. The Okoboji Spine Trail goes right in front of this location.

*You are half a block from the public beach on West or East Lake.
*4 blocks to the Emporium and Amusement Park
*The Ritz, Miles and Okoboji Store are steps away so you can begin your FUN IN BOJI!
*Boat ramp is 3 blocks away so you can launch quickly!

The parking lot is on the north side of the building. Once you park the door is to the east side. There is a sign on the door. Enter and go up the stairs. Each unit has a name of West Lake on its door.

You will have an access code sent to you 48 hours before your arrival. There is a fee for early check in, contact us for more information.

We do also have a roof top patio (shared) that is for our guests only and can be accessed from floor 2. There is no longer a lake view.


This Suite is on the road side of the building and offers great afternoon sun. The king size bed and master bathroom are a rare find with this location.
Bring your bikes or walk to the Amusement Park and Beach.

We do have several taxi's available in the area. You will find those numbers at the entrance of the suites.

We do suggestion scooters, bikes and wagons for the kids. You are right on the Dickinson County Bike Trail so you can take that around the lake. Its nice to head out for a walk from Stay Suites.

We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.
