L'été 'régal' que vous cherchiez !!!! Cette villa de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bains, magnifiquement rénovée, se trouve dans le quartier très prisé du Seascape Resort au bord du lac, le point d’accès le plus proche de la plage du complexe. Dès que vous entrez, vous vous sentirez détendu et chez vous! Il est magnifiquement aménagé dans un style chic et contemporain, du sol sur mesure au mobilier sur mesure.

Ce condo comprend une suite King au premier étage et une immense suite King Master Bedroom au deuxième étage. Une troisième chambre à l'étage supérieur a un ensemble de lits superposés personnalisés pouvant accueillir trois personnes. Les trois chambres disposent de leur propre salle de bain privée. Cette maison de ville peut accueillir jusqu'à sept personnes et offre de la place pour tous. Le luxe ajouté comprend un balcon privé à côté de la suite principale ainsi qu’un grand patio avec moustiquaire dans le salon, donnant tous deux sur le parcours de golf Seascape et le lac Stewart. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision haute définition et de draps haut de gamme.

La cuisine moderne est entièrement équipée avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin, de la coutellerie à la cafetière, est là pour vous. Il y a un espace salle à manger pour accueillir tous les invités. Le condo a également une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité.

Cette unité est à seulement 75 mètres de la plage. La station dispose de cinq piscines que vous pouvez utiliser, l'une étant à seulement 25 marches de votre porte. Un parcours de golf de compétition de 18 trous, l’une des installations de tennis haut de gamme du nord-ouest de la Floride, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et activités sont tous situés sur ce complexe de 300 acres. Pêcher dans nos lacs d'eau douce et débarquer des bars de quatre et cinq livres (remise à l'eau). Vélo dans toute la station ou le long du front de mer.

Assurez-vous de visiter le Silver Sands Factory Centre (centre commercial Silver Sands) pour ses boutiques de tout premier ordre ou les boutiques de Destin Commons pour ses boutiques et restaurants exclusifs.

Ceci est une unité non-fumeur et ne convient pas aux animaux de compagnie. Nous ne louerons pas à des personnes de moins de 25 ans ni à des étudiants en vacances. Pendant la saison estivale (week-end du Memorial Day à la mi-août), le loyer est calculé sur une base hebdomadaire uniquement, du samedi au samedi.

Fantastic condo!

Amazing condo- super clean! Listing was accurate. Condo had everything we needed during our stay- even pool/beach items. Location was perfect- literally a 3 min walk to the beach, right past a pool and a rinse off area too. Steve was a gracious host and very easy to work with. We would stay in this condo again, no questions asked!

Great place great location!

Townhouse was cute and spacious with lots of amenities. The beds were very comfortable! Wife enjoyed pickleball courts and kids loved the pool and playground. Very simple and easy walk to beach access at Whales Tail. Steve was a good host and very accommodating with any of our requests. Would highly recommend!

Granddaughter'first beach trip

The place was very clean. Steve worked with us to get into the place early because our granddaughter was having a melt down. First back to Destin in 8 years. Very enjoyable trip.

Perfect spot for a family getaway—plus baseball!

We stayed at this house in Miramar Beach for my son’s baseball tournament, and it ended up being a great place for the whole family. Even though we were there for baseball, we still had time to enjoy the beach—it’s just a short walk away, which made it easy to sneak in some fun between games.The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for all of us. One unexpected bonus was the lake right behind the house—my son loved fishing there in the afternoons! It was the perfect way for him to wind down after the games.It felt like a real getaway even though we were there for a tournament. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice Winter Escape

We found the condo exactly as described. We (2 of us) spent 2 months with friends joining us for a few days. The condo was very spacious. It was nice that we had our own baths connected to each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is a bit tight for more than 1 cook but it was very well equipped. The location is wonderful - able to walk to the beach, the pools, local restaurants and around the property. The only downside for us, we didn’t find the couch and chairs comfortable (we like firmer furniture). Steve (the property manager) responded to any request immediately.

Sue, Thank you for the kind review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay (despite softer furniture) and I hope you will return. I will admit that it is a one (or two) fanny kitchen, but hopefully the other attributes offset that somewhat. The good news is that the beach, pool and lake were all nearby, and winter in Seascape beats the cold weather at home. Have a great summer. - Steve

Our overall stay was great, the condo could have been a little cleaner

We vacationed here during the CV19 pandemic, our vacation was booked since January for June. Steve, the property manager, stayed in constant contact with us the whole time. He offered to allow us to keep our reservation without risk of losing our deposit, even if we decided not to go the day before our trip. He updated me every time there was a change to restrictions and luckily by the time our trip dates arrived we were able to go. Steve was great every step of the way. He put our minds at ease and even gave us some helpful tips for traveling. When we arrived there was some construction going on in the condo below us that apparently stirred up so ants, so in our first morning the kitchen was covered in ants. I called Steve and he came right over to take care of them and then sent an exterminator the next day. While there is a lot of stuff in the kitchen it isn’t very well stocked. We had 6 people in the condo, but only 4 forks. There are no good knives, and all the the appliances were broken in some way. We made do with the things we had available and all in all enjoyed our trip.

clean and close to mirimar beach

we stayed a week and the property had a few minor issues. door hinge needed to be repaired, bathroom faucet was loose (repaired after we left), and door handle fell off, but Steve came immediately on Sunday and fixed them. The condo only provides one trash bag so bring some, so that you don't need to buy something that should be provided in my opinion. The frogs are pretty noisy at night since there is a pond behind the units. The walk is only five minutes to the beach with beach access. Water pressure is good and kitchen is a little tight, but recently renovated. The front door is pretty old though and very dark at night. Kitchen has basic stuff and some utensils are pretty old and rusty scissors for example, so bring specialty cooking stuff if you need them. They do not provide beach towels and you will need laundry detergent. There are some basic beach things like old boogie boards, kids toys, and a cart which we did utilize to help carry things.

Fantastic Location

Super easy process from start to finish. Steve was a great host. We had everything we needed. Property was neat and orderly and had everything we needed as a family of 7. Short walk to the beach and pool. Had a great overall experience.

A Lovely Stay

Overall, we had a lovely stay. It took a minute for us to warm up to the property, primarily because of a couple of issues right off the bat: some broken hardware (towel rack and tp holder), a broken slat in the blinds, soiled mattress cover on the trundle bed, and the front door with some safety concerns due to deterioration of the door/door frame (though deadbolt and chain lock were intact). All that to say, Steve was incredibly attentive to every concern we had - big or small. He was over and correcting things even before our entire party had arrived. He helped me change out the trundle bedding and returned a second time to install brand new hardware. He also brought over 12 place settings of beautiful new silverware in response to the previous guest's review. My point is that Steve knocked himself out to attend to our every need, and we really appreciated that. I believe he said the front door would be replaced in the near future (so a few fixes that just required more time to correct). The property is older, but the newly renovated areas like the bathrooms and kitchen counter were especially nice! Also, the beds were extremely comfortable, which is always a relief. And the location couldn't be beat. We loved only having a 3-4 minute walk to reach the beach, and also really enjoyed the lakeview from our bedroom and living room. I think there were just a few kinks that were getting straightened out post-remodel, but you can rest assured that Steve is doing everything possible to create a wonderful experience for his guests.
