Located in the heart of Palermo Viejo/ Palermo Soho, in a building of rationalist style from middle 20th century with only 3 apartments, one by floor (this is the 1st floor, by stairs)

This entire flat with a beautiful balcony facing Guatemala street has a living room, also with a desk (if you need to work or just to use your laptop); fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter; Bedroom separated by a folding screen with queen bed; Fully equipped bathroom with shower. A/C, roof fans, central heating, gas powered kitchen, refrigerator, TV, WIFI.

The surroundings are quiet and nice, surrounded by many parks, cafés, art galleries, design stores, etc.
Very well situated for public transport. Subte (Metro/subway) line D, buses (lines 39, 110, 15, 57, 141, 68, 64, 152, 29, 151, 106, 168, 140, 111, 160, 188).

Overall it wasn't really a good time.. the place is great nothing wrong with the house itself but the internet was REALLY slow

great landlord, simple place, but across from a nightclub

Place has some small issues (one of the heaters is stuck in 'on" no matter what you do) and the landlady is great, but there is an unlicensed disco directly across the street that blasts loud music at random nights 10:30 pm to 4 am with a heavy bass line. It has no sign in front of it so I suspect it is an illegal "rave" location. There is no escaping the music; the landlady has another place you can go sleep and come back at but it is annoying to have to change depending on the disco noise. The place has some minor issues (slow drain probably with a non-visible clog, a knob in the shower coming off the wall; no microwave). Otherwise location generally is pretty good; subway is a 15-20 minute walk away, food stores are near. Street noise not so good but bearable except for the nightclub. Price is good and landlady very nice.
