Country Cozy Apartment in Fruita

Spacious Apartment on 4 acre hay farm with views in every direction. We are located right on the border of Fruita city limits which allows for the quiet and privacy of the country but still close enough to walk, ride your bike or drive to the heart of Fruita. We are also only 10 minutes from world class mountain biking, hiking the Colorado National Monument or wine tasting across the Grand Valley.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Peaceful, Scenic and Spacious

Love the location of this cottage. It is peaceful, scenic yet also close to town, The accommodations are spacious, extremely clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for a family with bikes and gear!

Perfect MTB getaway

Went for ROAM fest and to ride 18 road trails. This spot is perfectly central to all of the good mountain bike trails in the area plus a close drive to downtown. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed! I have stayed here twice!!

This is a beautiful, clean and easy place to stay. The pastures around it were picturesque. It was clean and comfortable. Jolene responded to my inquiries incredibly fast. Checkin/out was a snap. The internet was a bit slow but we found that refreshing. It allowed us to focus on our trip. We loved staying here and would definitely go back again!

Excellent area for 3 senior citizens. The accommodations were perfect.

We were able to enjoy the feel of rural Colorado while still being close to everything we needed. Our group of 3 senior citizens enjoyed the quiet and peaceful area and watched a family of foxes play along the ditch bank. The accommodations had everything we needed. Thank you Justin
