This charming holiday home is located in Roses in the urbanization Mas Fumats on 700 m2 of land with a total area of approximately 120 m2. It offers enough space for 2 persons and families up to 6 people.
The house is variable in the occupancy and so also in the pricing scale. Please ask for the Information

It has three bedrooms and two shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living/dining room with fireplace and sea views.
Casa Navarra is also an ideal property for the winter months as it is equipped with central heating and a fireplace.

The private pool is located next to the sun terrace with sea view, where there is also an outdoor shower is located. The Mediterranean and fenced garden that gives wonderful shade on hot days and is an ideal place for a 'Siesta'.

The fishing village of Roses is about 3 km away and the surrounding beaches and towns in just a few minutes. In the urbanization Mas Fumats itself, there a restaurant, which can easily be reached from your vacation home in a few minutes walking distance.

Lovely spot

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful house, beautiful place and lovely pool. Daphne is very friendly and helpful and responds quickly to questions. In short, a wonderful, relaxing holiday.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt.Frau Peschel war sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit hilfreichen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt versorgt. Der Service war wirklich top!Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Excellent séjour dans cette maison de vacances avec notre famille. La maison est d'un grand confort très bien entretenue les équipements de la cuisine sont très complets. L'environnement est très calme et le plus est vraiment la piscine qui a reçu un réel succès vue les températures très chaudes. L'accueil avec DAPHNE a été très chaleureux étant donne que nous avons pu intégrer la maison avant l'heure prévue. Nous recommandons vivement cette location ou rien n'a manqué . Famille RONFAUTX

Sehr gut gepflegtes Haus mit Salzwasserpool

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Haus von Frau Peschel.Das Haus und der Pool sind top gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet.Einzig die fehlende Mikrowelle ist zu beanstanden.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus auf jedenfall weiter.

Ein Haus zum rundherum wohlfühlen

Wir haben die Zeit in Mas Fumats sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war bestens, es hat nichts gefehlt. Und der große Pool war ein Traum - bei den warmen Tagen war jederzeit ein Sprung ins kühle Nass möglich. Die Kommunikation mit Daphne Peschel war bestens. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely relaxing

From the start to the end we had a splendid holiday. After a nice reception by the host, parking the car, we got a tour through the house. After that: fast unpacking and jumping in the pool. The house is fully equipped, from kitchen with oven, two fridges to a gas bbq outside and airco. We still dream about the pool and the outside shower (with cold/hot water). The contact with Daphne was great, always helpfull. We had a great holiday.

Erholsame Zeit in einem sehr schönen Haus.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit kompletter Ausstattung für eine unbeschwerte Urlaubszeit in ruhiger Lage. Alle wichtigen Ziele (Strand, Einkaufen, Shopping, Restaurants) sind mit einem Kraftfahrzeug in 5-10 min. zu erreichen. Einen besonderen Dank an Frau Peschel. Eine perfekte Abwicklung, Übergabe und Betreuung vor, während und nach der Reise. Unsere erste Adresse auch für kommende Reise in diese Region.

Viva espagna

Nous avons passés un superbe séjour dans la casa Navarra. Description de la villa fidèle à l'annonce , très bien équipée seuls bémols l'absence de Micro-ondes et d'une plancha (même si il y a un bbq a gaz). Ce qui n'empêche pas de vivre du bon temps au bord de la piscine et sur la terrasse. Le quartier est calme pour la saison. Daphne est très pro avec de surcroît une petite attention à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour profiter du soleil espagnol.

Gelungene Sommerferien mit Familie und Freunden

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub im Ferienhaus in Mas Fumats sehr genossen. Das Objekt hält, was es auf der Webseite verspricht. Die Terrasse ist sehr geräumig und lädt an verschiedenen Stellen zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool bietet jederzeit eine willkommene Abkühlung und wurde sowohl von den Erwachsenen als auch von unserer kleinen Tochter (<2 Jahre) sehr geschätzt. Was wir ebenfalls hervorheben möchten, ist die super ausgestattete Küche, welche keine Wünsche offen liess. Alles in allem können wir einen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Spitzenunterkunft in Mas Fumats (Roses)

Bei diesem Ferienhaus ist wirklich ALLES exakt wie beschrieben. Supersauber, top ausgestattet (Haushaltsgeräte von Miele, Liebherr, Bosch - die Spülmaschine hat eine Formkrise, wird aber behoben, Weber-Grill, vollständigste Küche, die wir je in einer FeWo angetroffen haben, und und und ...). Der Pool ist eine Offenbarung und wird täglich gereinigt, sobald man mal eine Stunde unterwegs ist. Frau Peschel reagiert auf jede Nachfrage schnell, freundlich und kompetent. Wir kommen selten zweimal in eine Unterkunft, aber hier denken wir sehr ernsthaft über eine Wiederholung nach. Einer der schönsten Urlaube, die wir je hatten, und das hatte viel mit diesem Haus zu tun.

Excellentes vacances d'été.

superbe villa très bien placée, avec plusieurs points forts; le calme la piscine proximité de la ville de Roses et plusieurs activités proches. Un grand merci à Mme Daphné Peschel qui gère la propriété avec un grand professionnalisme.

Erholung und Enspannung pur

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man zur Erholung und Entspannung braucht. Insbesondere der Terrassenbereich mit dem Pool ist sehr schön und man kann den mediterranen Flair genießen. Wir fühlten uns wie immer super betreut. Zusätzliche Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Die gastronomischen Angebote im Umfeld und in Roses sind gut, einige sogar sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder.

Es stimmte einfach alles!

Absolut schön und ruhig gelegenes Haus, Inneneinrichtung stimmig und gepflegt, man sieht, dass der Besitzer regelmäßig investiert und nicht nur auf Verschleiß fährt. Die Küchenausstattung ist hervorragend (von Eierpiekser über Crêpepfanne;)) und an Spielen und Büchern ist auch sehr viel da. Highlight ist natürlich auch der Pool, der Platz und Spaß für alle bot! Die sehr nette und persönliche Betreuung und schnelle Erreichbarkeit der Verwalterin Daphne Peschel ist auch auf jeden Fall positiv hervorzuheben. Fazit: wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) würden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren!

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Nachdem wir bereits einige Male das Haus als Sommerdomizil und einmal als Weihnachts- und Osterdomizil angemietet haben, waren die Osterferien dieses Jahr mal wieder dran. Das Haus hat immer noch alles was uns damals bereits sehr gut gefallen hat. Darüberhinaus gibt es mittlerweile ein wunderbar neu angelegte Einfahtsbereich mit Garage und insgesamt Platz für mehrere Fahrzeuge ... und die Kinder (und auch wir Eltern müssen wir zugeben) haben das WLAN sehr geschätzt ... die Fahrten nach Rosas für WLAN sind damit Geschichte obwohl Rosas immer noch alles zu bieten hat (EInkaufen und Essen) und daher immer noch ein Ausflug wert ist. Genauso wie ein Ausflug nach Cadaques, am besten mit Roller (aus zu leihen bei Prats in Rosas). Wie immer war die Übergabe und Rückgabe problemlos ... dafür steht Frau Peschel garant. Wir waren wieder sehr gerne da und werden in der Zukunft auch wieder hinfahren ... ein Geheimtipp halt für der(die)jenige(n) die Ruhe suchen, auf kein Luxus und Pool verzichten möchten, Ausflugorte in der nähe wünschen, gutes Essen, Strandpromenade, etc... also ein Volltrefffer!!

Erholsamer Urlaub im wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Die Abwicklung von Anfrage bis Vertragsabschluss war sehr unproblematisch. Frau Peschel war sehr zuvorkommend und engagiert. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Vielen Dank Frau Peschel. Wir können uns bloß unseren Vorrednern anschließen - das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön. Das Grundstück und Haus hat alle Erwartungen getroffen und wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und werden sicherlich wieder einmal kommen.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen und Geniessen

Unser Urlaub fängt mit der Übergabe des Domizils statt. Da möchte ich mich für den zuvorkommenden service und reibungslose Ubergabe bei Frau Peschel sehr herzlich bedanken. Sie hat stets ein sehr offenes Ohr für Anliegen Ihrer Mieter. Das Domizil war sehr sauber und hat wirklich alles was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Absolut ruhige Lage und der Pool ein Traum. Dieses Haus kann ich allen nur empfehlen. Sehr gute Lage für Einkäufe und natürlich meine Lieblingsstadt Roses mit ihren wunderschönen Restaurants und die schöne Strandpromenade lädt ein zu einem köstlichen Sangria.Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr wenn wir wieder kommen dürfen. Ruhig und gepflegt, super auch mit Hunden

Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei und auch unsere beiden Hunde fühlten sich sehr wohl. Empfang und Übergabe waren herzlich und unproblematisch. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Min mit dem Auto, unbedingt Cap Reus und Cadaques ansehen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Rundum zu frieden

In regelmäßigen Abständen besuchen wir Rosses. Diese Ferienhaus entsprach zu 100 Prozent unseren Erwartungen , die der Internetauftritt bei uns geweckt hatte. Sehr gepflegtes Ambiente, Ausstattung 1 A und viele Dinge, die den Urlaubsaufenthalt sehr angenehm werden lassen. Wir wurden super betreut, alles war toll vorbereitet und wir kommen mit unseren Freunden gerne wieder.
