Delightful property and owers

The house felt like a home from home, the garden had so many interesting areas and the views from both were amazing. along with the warm welcome from Virginie and Olivier. Both we and our dogs were very sad to leave!

A fantastic property with views that are second to none. The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly.The only two things that could have been better were that although the property advertised that the bed linen was supplied we were informed just 1 day before arrival that we needed to bring our ownSecondly we unfortunately could only enable 1 phone to be accepted on the WIFI system.

Fabulous setting looking over the Rance. Relaxing weeks break with family 4 adults & 2 small dogs, who enjoyed the vast gardens. Plenty of areas to sit outside & follow the sunshine. We ate outside whenever we stayed home with mostly BBQs. Confusion over whether linen included? Comfy beds & plenty of space for 4 not sure if would suit 10 people especially if not good outside weather. Nice dog walk from the gite & plenty of lovely medieval towns to explore nearby Dinan, St Malo & Dinard with beach. Dog friendly beaches a bit further about 1hour north west but worth the drive for a day of sunshine. Kayaking & boat trips nearby & hot air balloons taking off from the next field! Overall a fabulous time had by all & hope to return some day. Thanks for our stay.

Wonderful views- furnishings need an upgrade

Great position for accessibility to beaches,and pretty towns. Very peaceful in April. However it was too cold then for outdoor living so furnishings were insufficient for 8 people. E.g. 4 dining chairs for 8 people and although 7 low stools were supplied for the kitchen- these were uncomfortable for tall people) Mattresses were good but only 3 headboards for 6 beds. No curtains at patio window in main bedroom overlooking garden at ground level. Great for admiring the fabulous view but the shutters are unnecessary when in property (and were the only privacy alternative on offer)The TV is situated next to upstairs bedrooms - one bedroom obviously for children with just 2 basket chairs on offer for viewers- tv is normally found in lounge area for whole group to watch. Upstairs loo unsuitable for tall men as insufficent headspace.

C'est la troisième fois que nous passons une semaine dans cette splendide maison de vacances. C'est l'endroit idéal pour ceux qui recherchent un séjour relaxant dans un environnement exceptionnel, avec une vue imprenable sur la Rance et le passage des voiliers. La possibilité de se baigner depuis la cale est un atout très apprécié.L'intérieur de la maison est resté dans son jus, ce qui lui confère un certain charme, et le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien, même sur la terrasse.Le petit four de la cuisine mériterait d'être remplacé afin de faciliter la préparation des repas. Un barbecue à gaz serait également un véritable plus pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse et de sa vue unique.

Maison superbement située avec une vue extraordinaire sur la Rance. Séjour dépaysant, au calme. Équipements au top dans la maison et à l’extérieur. Vaste jardin magnifique pour le plus grand plaisir de tous et notamment de notre Golden Retriever .. Juste un grand merci !!!

Très bel emplacement avec vue exceptionnelle sur la Rance, dans un grand jardin, avec un accès très facile à la Rance. Maison très fonctionnelle avec une décoration ambiance vacances datant en partie de sa construction et qui a son charme. Bien équipée pour recevoir une famille nombreuse. Mobilier de jardin en nombre et confortable. En résumé, très agréable séjour qui ne peut que donner envie de revenir !

Rance

C’est la deuxième fois que nous passons une semaine dans cette maison au bord de la Rance. L’environnement ravira les amateurs de nature et de paysages paisibles, loin des foules touristiques de Saint-Malo ou Dinard. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et la maison est parfaite pour un couple avec enfants ou pour plusieurs couples.

A recommander sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Virginie Sizaret.Nous étions 2 couples et un chien, un berger australien.La maison possède de nombreux atouts :Elle est très bien située, très proche de Dinard, Dinan et Saint Malo. Cancale et ses huîtres ne sont qu'à une demi-heure, le cap Fréhel et le Mont Saint-Michel à 50 minutes.Elle a un grand jardin et surtout une grande terrasse où l'on peut prendre son petit déjeuner ou son déjeuner au soleil avec une magnifique vue sur la Rance !La maison est grande et bien équipée.Je peux ajouter qu'il y a un petit bar/restaurant à quelques minutes à pied, le Jersey Lillie, qui vaut le détour et aussi une superbe boulangerie, l'atelier de Jeanne, à quelques kilomètres en face de l'église de Pleurtuit.Les communications avec les propriétaires ont été très faciles et efficaces.En bref, une de nos meilleures locations, à recommander sans hésiter.
