Amazing location for family fun!

This house was absolutely perfect for a family trip to Saint Malo! The house itself was beautiful and just a block away from the beach. It was an easy walk to the walled city of Saint Malo. I can’t recommend this house enough.

Nicely situated property, needs slight refurbishment

A very French house, very nicely situated and comfortable. We were greeted on arrival and appreciated the quick procedure, but we have to mention the fact that an unexpected extra fee was to be added in cash for the dog, although the booking, which included the dog, had been paid fully and was not refundable. This was resolved as the owner eventually accepted the rental for the agreed price. The house is well equiped and the situation is great, literally seconds away from the sea. However the property needs refurbishment and deep cleaning especially in the kitchen area and the attic room, which were not up to the expected standards in this price range.

Mes 70 ans à st Malo

Maison tres agréable, joliment décorée et spacieuse. Les petits enfants ont investi le dernier étage sous les toits et etaient ravis ! Nous avons pu profiter de la plage toute proche.Michel,notre hôte, tres à l'écoute et charmant.

+ : localisation très centrale (à 20/25min à pied de la vieille ville et à 2 pas de la mer) + quartier calme et proche des supermarchés + Maison ensoleillée + Grands lits comfortables dans les chambres à l'étage (Attention: 3 chambres est située au sous-sol donc à prendre en compte). - : Propreté : filtre de café retrouvé moisi et encore dans la machine + récipient sale contenant encore des traces de café ce qui nous a mis le doute sur le niveau d'exigence en terme de propreté Équipements et fourniture : meuble vieillot, quelques portes qui se ferment mal, poubelles anciennes, serviettes anciennes .. Bref, ça manque de fraicheur et ça ne fait pas rêver mais bon choix pour une grande famille qui cherche une location pas chère

Eine tolle Stadtvilla, 2 Minuten vom herrlichen Strand

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Wetter war toll, und die Umgebung sehr abwechslungsreich und interessant. Saint-Malo ist wirklich wunderschön, man konnte zu Fuß die Promenade entlang in die Altstadt intra muros. Wenn Probleme da waren, waren Michèle und Martin sofort zur Stelle. Im Haus war alles da, was man brauchte.

Séjour en famille

Excellent accueil et contact avec Michèle lors de notre arrivée et durant notre séjour. Bon emplacement et pièce de vie agréable. A noter escaliers assez raides (pour personnes âgées notamment) et pour le standing proposé la cafetière et le micro ondes mériteraient d’être remplacés ( socle chauffant de la cafetière rouillé et fuites, plafond du micro ondes à nu avec peinture écaillée). Concernant la chambre sous les combles, la tête du premier lit est situé devant la VMC ( peut on l’arrêter la nuit ?). Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille.
