Quiet, well insulated, overlooking a street with little traffic, not overlooked. Very close to Bd Paoli, 10 mins walk from Place St Nicolas and 5 mins walk from the old Port, ideally located for exploring Bastia and Haute Corse.
Shops nearby: small supermarket, tobacco / newspapers, bakery, restaurants, cinema, shops.
You can do everything on foot !!!

Very nice apartment in the heart of Bastia. Close to bakery, supermarket, fish shop. Short way to drive to several nice beaches. It was too warm without air condition in July.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Zum Bäcker zum Supermarkt unter allen sonstigen Läden beträgt nur circa 1 Minute. Eine Pizzeria und Restaurants sind direkt gegenüber. Eine Parkgarage ist auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön liebevoll hergerichtet und liebe Begrüßung inklusive kleinem Willkommensgeschenk war sehr nett und herzlich. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super unkompliziert. Bei Fragen gleich geantwortet.Sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war vorhanden was man so benötigt.Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben.Alles zentral zu Fuß erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l'hypercentre de Bastia.L'appartement est idéalement situé et parfaitement équipé. Sylvie est aux petits soins !Seul petit bémol (mais logique dans l'hypercentre à cette période), le stationnement est compliqué mais en tournant, on finit par trouver à une distance raisonnable.

Excellent séjour à Bastian

Nous avons séjourné à Bastia pendant 1 semaine en août 2023. L'appartement et le descriptif qui en est fait, coïncide avec l'annonce. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la grande superficie de chaque pièce (les 2 chambres et la pièce de vie). Sylvie est très à l'écoute et attentive de ses clients. Son accueil a été très sympathique et faite de belles attentions (et de douceurs :-)). Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Cédric

L'appartement de Sylvie était exceptionnellement bien situé, au cœur de Bastia avec toutes les facilités à pieds. Super bien équipé, calme, un petit cocon qui nous a permis de visiter la ville et les alentours mais surtout de nous reposer au heures chaudes aussi. Idéal. Nous avons vraiment adoré la ville.

Super oplevelse

Dejlig lejlighed med to soveværelser og køkken alrum. Perfekt til to par eller en familie. Bastia er ikke en stor by, så du kan gå til de fleste steder. Ligger for enden af hovedgaden tæt ved den gamle havn. Udlejer er fantastisk sød og virkelig hjælpsom. Kan varmt anbefales.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Sylvie’s apartment. Sylvie was very welcoming and the apartment is well equipped with little touches like cold water in the fridge and food gifted by Sylvie plus plenty of oil, toilet paper etc. It is a great location for exploring Bastia. Quite noisy all through the day and night but didn’t stop us from sleeping well and you get used to it/to be expected in central location. I would recommend it.

Excellent stay in the middle of Bastia!

The apartment is located right in the middle of Bastia close to the pedestrian and to the port. Sylvie takes care of the place and it feels like a home with all the lovely decoration. The apartment is suitable for families with two children or four adults. It's located on the second floor. We had a great stay and really easy communication with Sylvie. So we highly recommend the place. Parking outside is a little difficult. If you don't find a place to park you can park in a public garage close to the apartment. The fee for 24 hours is 12,80 Euro which is not too expensive.

Excellent emplacement en plein coeur de Bastia pour ce joli appartement bien décoré. Parfait pour ce séjour en famille avec nos 2 filles de 3 et 5 ans. Grandes chambres et séjour agréable. Bien que l'appartement ne dispose pas de climatisation, c'était largement supportable avec les 2 ventilateurs silencieux mis à disposition. Accueil plus qu'agréable avec Sylvie, encore un grand merci pour votre disponibilité et les petites douceurs ! Mélanie et Stéphane

Appartement spacieux et tb de côté en plein centre de Bastia

Perfectly located flat in the heart of Bastia

We had a great time in this very well located flat in Bastia nearby all attractions, and with all amenities (supermarket, bakeries, shops) around it. The flat is very nicely decorated and very well equipped. We were welcomed by Sylvie the owner who gave us plenty recommendations. Would highly recommend!
