Peaceful F3 in the Heart of a Seaside Village - Private Parking

In a very quiet place in the center of a village by the sea PIETRANERA, rental fully renovated and air conditioned, INTERNET WIFI, with garden and courtyard with sea view.

We have 2 rooms with 1 bed 140 in one and 2 beds 90 in the other.
a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
a living room fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc ...) with sitting area, dining area and kitchenette.
the 3rd sleeping is a very comfortable sofa bed 140.

private parking place

possibility of loan for a baby bed

the village is located 5 minutes north of the port of Bastia and 30 minutes from the airport of Poretta.

the village has all the amenities with shops and beaches.

Logement confortable et agréable, tout près de la plage (10 min à pied). Petit jardin et terrasse agréable. Le logement est simple, fonctionnel et assez grand. Tout le nécessaire est là. La climatisation rend bien service. On a pu faire le tour du cap corse dans la journée. Merci beaucoup.

Logement situé en périphérie de Bastia, zone urbaine et loin de la mer. Très difficile d'accès en voiture même de taille réduite ( dénivelé extrêmement important), l'accès à l'habitation est uniquement piéton avec escaliers et loin du parking.La petit cour et le jardinet offrant un espace extérieur réduit avec une nette promiscuité.

Avant tout, la gentillesse de Jérôme et sa disponibilité méritent non pas 10/10 mais un 20/10 ! Un immense merci à lui ainsi qu'à ses parents juste à côté. Nous tenons toutefois à préciser aux futurs vacanciers qui aurait des problèmes de mobilité qu'il faut savoir qu'on ne peut pas garer la voiture juste devant et qu'il faut descendre à pied une centaine de mètres pour accéder au logement. Et je conseille aussi de se renseigner auprès de Jérôme si on a des problèmes liés à l'humidité. Mais l'appartement est très bien situé, pas loin du tout de Bastia et du Cap Corse, le linge fourni très propre, le frigo assez grand très fonctionnel et la petite terrasse bien agréable aussi. Merci

Appartement en conformité avec les photos de l'annonce. Terrasse sans vis-à-vis appreciable. Très bonne relation avec le loueur. Petit bemol par rapport à la propreté du logement ( sanitaires, frigo...) et à l'équipement de la cuisine.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable. Propriétaire fort sympathique, à l'écoute. Location avec le confort nécessaire ; jardin agréable et vue sur la mer. Maison proche d'une petite plage avec paillote les pieds dans l'eau. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Étonnant village

Belle location bien climatisée, spacieuse, avec un jardinet où la fraîcheur est la bienvenue Point de vue sur la mer: reposant Une petite descente et hop, on plonge: parfait Difficile de s’y garer mais on s’y fait... Merci au père de Jérôme pour son accueil

Petit coin de paradis !

Accueil chaleureux et séjour très agréable dans cet appartement niché en plein cœur du village. .. l appartement est fonctionnel , suffisamment spacieux, bien équipé et très calme . Soirées barbecue ou à Bastia, plage en bas des escaliers ou dans le cap Corse... Superbes randonnées, c est l emplacement idéal pour profiter de tout! Semaine au top ! Merci Jerome !
