Villa Abelia: Small holiday home on the south side of Lacanau Océan



Located on the south side of Lacanau Océan, this small holiday home is an ideal base for enjoying the resort and its beaches while staying in a peaceful environment. The ocean is about 800 metres away, shops are 700 metres away, and Lacanau Lake is 5 kilometres away, making it easy to enjoy all the activities in the area.



The house, raised, offers functional and pleasant living spaces. The living room, warm, provides access to a closed veranda that brings light and additional space. It is furnished with a sofa, a sideboard, and a dining area with a table and chairs, ideal for convivial moments. The independent kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to stay completely autonomously thanks to comprehensive equipment and numerous storage spaces.



At night, the house has two bedrooms, one equipped with two single beds of 90 cm and the other with a double bed of 160 cm with storage wardrobe. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC completes the interior space.



On the ground floor, a garage is available and includes a washing machine, offering additional comfort for extended stays. Outside, a terrace located in front of the house allows you to enjoy beautiful days and the sea air.



This seasonal rental in Lacanau Océan is ideal for discovering the beaches, cycle paths, water sports and friendly atmosphere of the resort, while enjoying simple and well-located accommodation.

Super Lage: Max. 10 Minuten zur Promenade/ Markt, 5 Min zum Bäcker, 10 Minuten zum Strand. Ruhig, Luftig, Pinien hinterm Haus. Was will man in Südfrankreich mehr?

Lovely house in a great location

Check in was efficient and welcoming. The house was located in a lovely quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, town and cycle path network. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and although the kitchen could do with a little updating it was very clean and fully equipped with every appliance and utensil required. The house was spacious and well laid out. The bathroom was modern and recently refurbished and the outside balcony space was a perfect place to relax with an evening drink. Overall we would definitely book again and would highly recommend this property. Jackson family. UK.

Logement bien situé au calme, cadre agréable. Très bien équipé côté cuisine. Rafraîchir les meubles du salon en les relookant en blanc. Equiper d'un canapé lit ou clic clac la partie véranda qui pourrait ainsi accueillir l'adolescent de 16 18 zns car le second lit de 90 est un peu juste. Changer le matelas du lit double et mettre un matelas adapau lit blanc de 90 cm. Prévoir chaise longue. Veiller à tondre avant l'arrivée des locataires

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans cette maison très bien située près du centre et de la plage. Maison ancienne, en cours de rénovation, mais très pratique et agréable. Manquait juste un petit salon de jardin pour profiter un peu plus du jardin. quand la terrasse était à l'ombre ;)
