We had a pleasant stay overall. The location of the apartment is excellent and very convenient for exploring Chambéry. Danielle was extremely responsive and kind throughout our stay, and she even graciously drove me to the train station when our Uber could not accommodate our luggage, which we greatly appreciated.The apartment itself is simple and functional, and overall offered good value for the price and location. However, some elements could benefit from improvement. The linens and towels appeared quite worn, and the bathroom setup is more of a bathtub with a handheld shower rather than a full shower. The separate toilet room also had a noticeable odor and a small leak at the base of the toilet.That said, the apartment worked well for our short stay, and Danielle was a very attentive and helpful host.
