Phoenix Orange Beach 2006 es una unidad de esquina este de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños en el complejo más nuevo en Orange Beach. Phoenix Orange Beach se encuentra a poca distancia de restaurantes y tiendas. Esta unidad se encuentra en el piso 20. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, acceso al balcón y baño principal con tocador doble, bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada. Los dormitorios 2 y 3 tienen 2 camas Queen con baño compartido. El 3er dormitorio también tiene 2 camas Queen size y baño contiguo con ducha a ras de suelo.

La gran sala de estar cuenta con ventanales con preciosas vistas al sur. La cocina está totalmente equipada con mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. También hay una lavadora y secadora. Esta unidad es para no fumadores y no se permiten mascotas.

Los servicios del complejo contarán con: estacionamiento cubierto, piscina al aire libre, piscina cubierta climatizada, jacuzzis, río lento con tobogán de agua, gimnasio, cancha de tenis y área de parrillas. No se permite fumar en las unidades o en los balcones. Los huéspedes pueden fumar solo en las áreas de estacionamiento y de estacionamiento.

Los pases de estacionamiento ahora se comprarán en el lobby de todos los condominios de Phoenix. Hay un máximo de 2 pases de estacionamiento por unidad y debe mostrar su confirmación de reserva de Liquid Life Vacation Rentals cuando realice la compra. The view was gorgeous and access to the beach was amazing! The beach was clean and inviting! If it was warmer, we would’ve enjoyed using the outdoor lazy river and slide. Thankfully, there was an indoor pool and teo hot tubs that we enjoyed. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great overall. The views were as good as we’ve had ( this is our 7th year coming to orange beach). Place was very clean. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. I would like to mention that there is a tack on the back of one of the living room chairs that sticks out and is very sharp. I tried pushing it back but it did not stay in. Also the kitchen sink faucet might be on its last leg, squeaks quite a bit and is a little difficult to shut off. But those were not complaints just giving a heads up. Great place!!

We loved the place and the view was fantastic. Just a few issues:The kitchen was dirty, we moved the coffee machine and it was filthy under it and with coffee all over the counter.The sink by the faucet had mold all over it and so we cleaned everything before we would use it. The kitchen faucet was extremely loose and you really had to work with it to get the water to turn off.The diningroom chairs arm was extremely loose and a screw actually fell out.The living room chair had a nail coming out of the back and it cut a family member and also ripped a piece of clothing.The first bedroom had sand all over the floorLastly the jack and jill bathroom had an approx. 8x8" hole above the toilet and signs of mold. I have photos of all the issues.

Great family rental

Really nice place to stay. Lazy river and slide were a big hit with the children and adults. Really short walk to beach was nice with little one. Would definitely recommend this property.

Exactly like described. Met all of our expectations! We traveled with our 4 kids ages 11 to 19. We walked in and the kids were excited by how great it was! Easy check in and check out process. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Fall beach trip

The property was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, beautiful and the most Ans I g views from every room. The amenities were perfect with the indoor pool and hot tubs. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Incredible Stay

My wife and I stayed in the condo with 2 other couples and it was by far the nicest place I've stayed in my 5+ years with VRBO. View from the 20th floor is amazing from the balcony, MBR and 2 of the other bedrooms. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place.

Great condo for a big family!

The property manager was very responsive throughout the process! The condo had everything we needed with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We had ages 2-70 with us and everyone loved it! Overall, definitely recommend staying here!
