Esta es una unidad de Penthouse muy singular en Navy Cove. Interior mejorado y
Amplio balcón que ofrece vistas en cada dirección. Deslizamiento de botes con escrituras grandes justo afuera de la unidad que también tiene un muelle para dedos desplegable para facilitar el acceso dentro y fuera de botes más pequeños. La pesca aquí es excelente, ya sea en el muelle o en su propio barco. Ubicación tranquila, lo suficientemente cerca de todo, pero lo suficientemente lejos para que no tengas las grandes multitudes. Traiga su sentido de la aventura y vea lo que Navy Cove tiene reservado.

Came down with family and loved the unit and its location. 3 days of fishing which were excellent. Boat slip right under the unit water and electric hook up. We were able to motor a mile of to Tacky Jacks and eat and also fuel up the boat. Great place to fish with quick near shore rigs that hold lots of fish.

Thank you for your review. We had to dispose of a few chairs that had been storm damaged just a few weeks ago and the ones we really wanted were out of stock. They have now arrived and we have added them to the balcony. Glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you will visit again soon.

We had a wonderful trip! David’s unit was very nicely decorated, more spacious than we expected and clean from top to bottom. We enjoyed spending time with family and friends in the open kitchen/living room as well as the very large balcony. We were able to bring our boat and kept it in the very conveniently located slip right by the unit. Communication with David was very timely and he made sure we knew he was just a phone call away if we needed anything at all. We will definitely be back! Thank you David for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Great view and quiet

Great communication with host. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Well stocked -even coffee filters😉 very quiet and beautiful deck to enjoy breakfast or whatever you wish. Would stay again!!

A week on top of the world

The condo was roomy, comfortable, well stocked, well furnished, and the views were exceptional. We spent a lot of time on the wrap around deck, which also was furnished nicely. The boat slip was just below the condo and very handy. The only negative was the elevators were not operational due to damage from a prior hurricane, but that provided an opportunity to get a little extra exercise.

A beautiful unit in a beautiful and peaceful location

This was the perfect place for a family reunion of older siblings and the Navy Cove area was peaceful and convenient. Although our timing was critical dodging a tropical storm, we were able to rearrange our trip to accommodate everyone. We realize the hurricane seasons might be risky but with travel insurance and being able to rearrange dates with the owner made our trip successful. This unit has the best view and accommodations of all. Navy Cove marina provided us all the fishing we cared to partake in, from catching our own bait with a cast net to fishing off the piers in the morning or later at night. We will stay again in the future.

Basically 4 stories and ELEVATORS not functioning!!

Have visited Navy Cove Harbor for about 20 years (often more than once per year). I have knee issues and one person in our group is special needs. Having to navigate 4 flights of stairs in 90 degree temperatures is unacceptable. We had to carefully plan and limit all outdoor activities because of this issue. Someone decided to locate a large roll off dumpster full of rotted garbage at the bbq grilling area. It obviously was unusable. The condo had a slight fishy odor (we fish but never clean fish or cut bait inside) The master tub would not drain properly. Spilled a little water on kitchen floor used hand towel to clean up and the towel tuned brown. Doubt the floor has been mopped anytime recently. We do understand that last year’s hurricane caused some issues but it appears that the HOA is disengaged or at the very least unorganized. I have another trip scheduled in late September at Navy Cove (different condo) but may reconsider.

Communication has always been at the top of my list with any prospective guest and as soon as I received notice of the elevator being inoperative I passed along to anyone who had a reservation. I do understand the inconvenience and free cancellation would be an option under these circumstances if requested. This is a 2 story building with parking underneath. I received no communication of any type from this guest until this review. If there are cleaning issues I can have the service come back and rectify if I know about them upon check-in. Guests do from time to time bring bait/fish into the units even though they are not supposed to. This is a fishing destination. The guest that stayed the following week mentioned none of these issues other than the elevator which they were aware of. We are going through a difficult rebuild since the Hurricane and the complex is not 100% but is very capable of offering a delightful stay. We have been unable to rent for almost a year and our first guests were at the end of July and they left a wonderful 5 star review. All this year have seemed understanding to the circumstances and pleased with their stay until this review.

The perfect vacation

We had a great time and really enjoyed being able to keep our boat right behind the unit. The owners description said it was not kid friendly but our kids had a blast. We definitely plan on coming back. Kitchen was super nice we cooked every meal.
