LA CAPSA DE LLUM is a beautiful 17th century house located in Alt Emporda, in the charming village of Vilanant, near Figueres. It has just been restored with love and enthusiasm, combining tradition and rustic character with a modern and comfortable design, to make you feel at home ... or better!

Its 350m2 can accommodate 16 people, ideal for spending a few days with family, children and friends.

- THE LUDOTEQUE (OR CHILDREN'S ROOM)
We want children to have a good time in our house! A room specially designed for the little ones in the family, with a careful selection of books, toys and drawing materials.

- THE CINEMA AND BILLIARD ROOM
A room with a swimming pool and a 52 "screen with Dolby Surround equipment to enjoy the best cinema.

- DINING ROOM
A bright dining room with a large table.

- THE LIVING ROOM
A comfortable living room with comfortable sofas, books and a wood stove.

- THE HALL
A large multipurpose room of 35m2 for group yoga, playing with our Scalextric or just reading.

- THE KITCHEN
A fully equipped kitchen, with a table for 8 people.

- THE GALLERY
A light gallery, ideal for disconnecting.

- THE SOLARIUM
A large terrace for sunbathing, taking an outdoor shower, admiring the bell tower of the millenary village church, the fields and mountains that surround it, and at dusk, watching the stars with our telescope.

- THE GARDEN
The house has a pretty garden of 200m2, with lawn and several trees. It includes a swimming pool, a barbecue area, a ping-pong table, sun loungers, a hammock and a swing for the little ones..
