Ideal for large families, main house (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) and 3 independent apartments (2 apartments x 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen + living-dining room and 1 apartment x 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and living room -sam with sofa bed 2pl). Swimming pool 9 x 4 with removable child safety barrier. Parking for 5 cars on the property.
Air conditioning, wifi.
A total of 18 beds. A 25m quay at the end of the garden allows you to park your boat there and to fish. Access to the dock can be secure for children.
The equipped outdoor kitchen (plancha, fryer, fridge) and its bar will immerse you in a warm atmosphere. The beach is 7 minutes and the city center 10 minutes on foot. No need for a car for night outings.

This is a great villa for a multi generational holiday, the separate apartments give the sections in the group space and privacy, the outside kitchen & bar are fantastic for lunches and dinners, couldn’t fault it

the house was a bit further away from the center but the fully equiped kitchen was great. Garden was not very big but because of the different corners everybody had his own space. One tip for the owner; have the main switch placed where everybody can reach it.

Le logement avec les 4 appartements pour recevoir jusqu'à 18 personnes est parfait chacun peut avoir son indépendance dans une même maison et l'espace extérieur avec la piscine est magnifique au bord du canal.La situation près du centre-ville et de la plage est idéale.Les propriétaires sont tres accueillant et très a l'écoute en cas de besoin.Un séjour parfait !

Ruim basisappartement met twee masterbedrooms badkamer, drie appartementen met elke 2 slpk badkamer en kleine keuken en leefruimte. Ideaal voor meerdere gezinnen met kinderen. Voldoende privacy en toch samen kunnen eten, koken, zwemmen, ... Gerenoveerd met alle moderne faciliteiten, overal airco. Buitenbar met grill en bakplaat. Spijtig, geen BBQ. Voor onze familie een locatie om terug te huren!Vlotte communicatie met eigenaar.

Een fantastisch familiehuis bestaande uit 4 zelfstandige appartementen, een mooi zwembad en luxe buitenruimte aan het kanaal. Geweldige ligging met zowel dorpskern als strand op loopafstand (ca. 10-15 minuten), in het hart van de Costa Brava. Inrichting zeer compleet. Voor een grotere familie een absolute aanrader.

Nous avons vécu un séjour très agréable pour notre deuxième séjour sur Empuriabrava. La maison est super et bénéficie de tout le confort nécessaire Elle est tres sécurisante portail ; barrière de piscine et du canal bref rapport qualité prix imbattable Et en plus les propriétaires sont extrement gentils et arrangeant
