3 generation family holiday

Excellent property, but would have liked greater details of the layout to pre-select bedroom for young children. Pool area provided ample space for us all to enjoy the facilities. Hot water was not available at busy times of day. Car essential.

A lovely stay at Caroline's in Corsica

Caroline's house is beautiful, and a lovely place to spend almost 2 weeks exploring Corsica. We loved the recommendations for places in the south of Corsica to visit (we visited almost all of them), and we absolutely loved all of the beaches in the area. The house was great, with plenty of room for all of us, a big kitchen and dining area, and lots of space indoors and outdoors to stretch out. Our girls loved the pool, and we enjoyed seeing some of the local wildlife, specifically the wild tortoise in the backyard. Caroline was super helpful, and we highly recommend this house for anyone looking to explore Corsica.

Wonderful family holiday

This beautiful villa was ideal for our family holiday and Caroline was a great host with very quick responses to any queries that we had. The location was perfect - very easy to reach local shops and beaches and great for exploring the south coast as well as Cavu river and the mountains. We especially enjoyed the amazing pool which was very clean and the water was the perfect temperature - our 8 year old daughter spent hours in here most days! We all enjoyed the gardens around the house and saw so much wildlife including a tortoise crossing the driveway, a hedgehog, hoopoes, geckos and many wall lizards. This was our second visit to Corsica and I'm sure we'll be back again in the future as we all thought it was the perfect vacation!

We had a very happy week at the villa. The spacious living/dining area, bedrooms, and bathrooms are all excellent. The pool (heated on request) is terrific although paved path to it was covered in grass which made it wet with dew in the morning and potentially full of insects. The view of the mountains from the pool area- and the villa roof area- is fantastic. The gaps between the paving stones in the patio area look nice but can cause difficulty when you are walking or arranging chairs. Although there are other houses nearby, the villa feels wonderfully secluded. Sylvie, the housekeeper, was brilliant at responding to any questions or problems (although she only speaks French, so Google Translate is handy). Caroline, the host, was also responsive and helpful. The description is accurate, except there isn't an artisan baker opposite the house. In fact, there is only a vending machine with various fresh food items. The nearby farm shop has extremely limited hours. The villa is very well placed. There are nice bars and restaurants with great views a few minutes' walk away (La Table du Paesolu recommended), and Inarellu with its sandy beach and clear water is close by. Sainte-Lucie is a 5 minute drive away and has all the shops and facilities you are likely to need.

Beautiful Modern Villa

A beautiful villa, in a good location for both the town of Santa Lucie and the beaches of Pinarellu. Very comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Lovely small pool (non-chlorinated). There is a good selection of restaurants within walking distance and a well stocked shop. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly by Stephanie.

Tolle Unterkunft

A refaire
