Looking for peace and quiet in a green setting, you found it : 30 mn to the beach and 15 mn from Perpignan, by a historic canal and in the shade of hundred year old plane trees, Saskia and Franck open their doors to welcome you inside a self contained apartment of 53 sq.m. opens onto a garden on the ground floor of their country villa in the midst of greenery and tranquility.
Bikes at your disposal for bucolic walks along the canal or for shopping in Thuir at 15 mn away.
- Inside: fully fitted kitchen (washing machine, electric oven, 4 ring gas cooker, table top fridge, espresso and classic coffee-makers ...), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and big wardrobe, bright and light open plan living and dining room (fireplace, bookcases ...), bathroom and separate wc.
- Outside: garden area with shady wooden terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
- Speaks English, French, Spanish and Dutch
