The ground-floor terrace is also occupied by the owner. The house is situated in a quiet area on the edge of the old village, close to all shops, doctors, and pharmacies. The sea is approximately 2.5 km away on foot. Shuttles can take you to various points in the city and to the port, where you can take the boat to Collioure (a must-see).
