Restaurants, shopping and anything else you could need from the city yet outside of Downtown, 17 minutes to Spruce Meadows. New leather furnishings in living room. Three main floor bedrooms with king and two queen. Queen and double downstairs. Beautiful new beds with 600 thread count cotton linens, well equipped kitchen, loads of parking, sleeps 10+, laundry and your dogs are welcome! Weekly cleaning service available when prepaid at time of booking. Air-conditioning, fenced yard with a dog run. Parking for trucks plus a two car garage.

Great SW Calgary house

Linda and Jacques are excellent hosts. House is well located for easy downtown commutes and is very close to 22X for Spruce Meadows visits. Perfect house for longer-term stays and accommodates large groups. Dog-friendly house. Would definitely book again!

Plenty of room for large gathering

My family had a small reunion and all us members that travelled in stay at the house. 9 in total. The bedrooms were spacious and private from one another. We had other family in town come over where we made all the meals and visit. Plenty of room to accommodate everyone inside and out...even during the storm that rolled through when we all had to get inside! Location was great! Good access to major roads and walking distance to strip mall that has everything you need! We would not hesitate to rent this property again.
