Family 2014

We enjoyed our stay at this retreat. The weather wasn't very good so we did a lot of indoor games and etc. Also, the grandchildren did enjoy going down to the swimming pool and basketball court.

Rough start but loved the property

The house is awesome but my only complaint was we did not have access to the extra bedrooms above the garage until day 2 of our trip. Once we finally got the access code after a day of texting the help line, I have no complaints! I recommend the house for any family gathering!!

does not sleep 45 people, and there are only 3.5 bathrooms. not 4.5!! but the place overall was a great place!!!!!

Lovely views and lots of space

This property is great for a large group of people. Pros: tons of rooms and sleeping spaces, wrap around deck is great, amazing views, lots of comfortable seating and fun downstairs area (foosball, pool table, and basketball game), fire pit, open kitchen with lots of storage, pool and pickle ball courts, property feels very private, private beach (it's pretty small, more like a road that comes to an end, but still private). Cons: Leak in master bedroom over dresser, loud creaking and pipes, no beach towels or beach equipment (chairs, kayaks, pickle ball paddles, etc), hot water goes fast, pool cue sticks are missing tips, rack is broken and pool table is tilted. Overall, the property is great and the pros outweigh the cons in our opinion. We had a lot of fun!

Very Enjoyable stay at Bear Lake

We had a very enjoyable stay at Falcon's Landing for our Family Reunion. Everyone enjoyed staying at the cabin and the amenities that were available. There were a couple of the bathroon basins that had draining problems. Some suggestions for improvements would be: additional serving spoons, additional serving bowls. The website said that there were board games available, but we weren't able to find any. During our stay a couple of the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper. Overall, we enjoyed out stay at Falcon's Landing.

Needs some improvements.

It would be nice to have a full list of appliances in the kitchen. Also providing information about access to clubhouse amenities and reserves beach (and if there is a beach, the water was too high). The mattresses on the bunk beds severely need to be updated. The sinks drainage on all sinks was incredibly slow. The toilet paper provided was 1 ply and terrible. When we stay at a nice place like this it's expected to be better than motel-like services.

Needs updating

Overall, beautiful property. But the appliances need to be replaced. The main fridge did not keep our food cold, and we had to keep moving things around. The AC worked downstairs in basement but nowhere else. The private beach was a muddy mess, and the landscapers weed eater ruined our volleyball net. He didn’t even ask us to move it.

Falcon's Landing

The positives: Great view. Nice floorpan. Good location. Nice amenities. Master Bed was good. The negatives: A/C and heating broke on second day and were never fixed. Overall bed situation was very sad. Several of our guests complained about the beds. One couple left 2 days early because they were very uncomfortable and said they couldn't take it anymore. Hot water runs out on showers in the morning. I would expect better for this price.

Summer Getaway

We are from a hot part of the country, and going to Bear Lake has become a tradition to escape the heat for a short time. The location of the house and the amenities are wonderful. We had a great time and would recommend again!

Great views and common area facilities, somewhat lacking in interior care.

First we had to wait at entry gate as no one sent gate code. It was after 5pm when I called and spoke to someone who gave me code. I called earlier, around noon and was told it would be coming-he sounded as tho he neither knew or cared. TV receivers didn’t work, remotes weren’t working. Only two pool cues were functional but no chalk. Torn sofa pillows and basement recliners weren’t working. Overall experience wasn’t bad but expected everything to be in top condition considering what we paid for the week’s stay.

Great Family Vacation

This is the second time we have stayed at Falcons Landing. We absolutely love this place.. it fits our large family perfect. It has everything you could need. It is clean and well appointed. The private beach is the icing on the cake.

Amazing views, great location, lots of space

We loved our stay in Falcon's Landing. We had about 30 people and had plenty of room to sleep, sit, and park. The views were fantastic and the private beach meant we didn't have to go battle for space at one of the public beaches. Only one key fob for getting into the beach or clubhouse was a bit of a pain with so many vehicles coming and going, but we made it work. The only significant issues we had with the house were the couches and the internet connection. Wifi speeds were pretty bad and completely unavailable some of the time. We reset the router and it helped a bit. The couches look nice but definitely need to be updated. Most of the reclining sofas in the basement sectional no longer recline and the sofas on the main floor have broken parts that make sitting there less comfortable. Overall we loved the property and would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful Retreat for women

This home was perfect for a retreat for 40 women. Plenty of space, very clean, toiletries were a nice addition, huge windows that allow for the most beautiful views of Bear Lake and the fire pit was fabulous. Plenty of parking.

Great Offsite Meeting Location

Spent 3 days here with a work team of 8, and we were able to maintain distancing while in the downstairs rec room and really enjoy one another's company for the first time this year. Wonderful location with amazing views!
