Beautiful completely renovated lake view home just a stones throw from the water, and one street back from beautiful Table Rock Lake. Walking distance to the largest Marina in Kimberling City, with boat, jet ski and boat slip rentals on site, Pier 28 over water restaurant (during season) and more! Less than 5 minute drive to the grocery (Harter House), restaurants and all the extras the town has to offer! Less than 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City and 25 minutes to Branson.

A complete custom renovation of this home was recently completed with a beautiful mixture of old world and modern design. This 1500 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with all the extras to help you enjoy your vacation. New flooring, paint, bathrooms, and kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, new queen size pillow top mattresses (king in master) and fine linens - it's all fresh, beautiful and clean! The pull-out queen sofa bed allows sleeping for up to 8 total. The deck faces the lake, spans almost the entire length of the house and is ready for your outdoor lounging and BBQ cooking. Full size washer/dryer included. Bring your boat and launch at the nearby marina. We have room for trailers and vehicles also on site. If we are booked on your available dates, please check out our sister property, the Cape Cod (VRBO Property Number 1217155). This property is protected by an exterior Ring doorbell surveillance system at the front door.
