Come relax and unwind in our Lakefront home at the beautiful Lake of Egypt! Our Lakehouse on Tracy has it all, starting with AMAZING Lake views from all rooms!
Access to the lake with its own Private boat dock.
***(Pontoon Boat and/or kayaks available for rent)***
Our attached boat house is one of our favorite places!
It is the perfect spot for fishing, hanging out under the covered deck, or sitting to enjoy the sites and sounds of Lake life. Great for watching the sunrises and sunsets. Fun for adults and children alike on the sand beach whether you are laying out, reading a book, taking a nap, or playing in the sand. We have a low slope lot, directly to the water! Inside you can enjoy This Professionally decorated Home that has all the comforts of "home" with views of the lake No matter where you look!!

It is a Beautiful home that has an Open Floor plan to include spacious Livingroom, with plenty of room for everyone!

Dining area and fully equipped kitchen that has all you could need for all your cooking, Baking, and Boating needs. Including a coffee maker and a coffee beans grinder. Appliances including a dishwasher and seating at the island to keep the chef company.

Upper and lower Living rooms have decks to enjoy the lakefront and lake views or sit on the deck at the boathouse where you won't get a better view while enjoying a beverage and fishing.

Master bedroom with a Queen Bed and Private bathroom.

Main floor 1/2 bath with laundry.
Second bedroom with Bunk beds and a queen futon bed.

The bunk area is located off the second living area with a Twin size bed that has USB outlets on the Headboard for its occupant and a queen-size Bed.

The lower Level Bathroom has Double sinks that have plenty of room to share. All our beds and bedding are protected with mattress protection.

Bring your favorite movies and enjoy them on the Flat screen TVs with the provided DVD Player or enjoy the cable by Dish network.
Full-size Washer and Dryer. WIFI/Dish network - 2 decks (upper and lower) Charcoal Grill. Firepit on the beach (firewood available*) Pontoon and kayaks available*)

If you need a highchair and/or pack-n-play, please let us know and we will gladly make these available for your stay.

All you need to bring are your toiletries, food, and beach towels to relax and enjoy!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dishes need to be washed and put away. Wipe all counters and microwave. Turn off all lights/fans. Thermostat needs to be placed at 72 for Summer and 64 for winter. Unopened food may be left.
Place all used towels in the laundry baskets provided.
Strip used beds linens and blankets and leave top of bed. Do not remove the zippered mattress and pillow protectors. Patio furniture needs to be stacked and/or placed where they belong.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We ask that you Please be respectful of our home and it's belongings. No subletting or subleasing your reservation.
For safety: No extention cords near the water or on/around the boat dock/boat house.
To avoid forfeit of deposit. The correct # of guests and any PETS MUST be included. Note: Rental agreement attached in PDF form.

Beautiful scenery

We spent one week here. Everything was great- the hosts were extremely nice and helpful. My husband has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and we wanted to go where we could relax and enjoy the scenery while he is still feeling ok. We were not disappointed! The house was very nice and the scenery was breathtaking. We hope to go back !

Tracy is easy to get to with convience to and from I-57. The convience of Dollar general only 7 minutes away is always handy and three area Marina's by boat or Land make lakelife FUN!.

Most summer weekend our Lake of Egypt Marina's have band.(S) and entertainment. You can go by boat or a quick drive to any of these.

What makes this property unique

This house has amazing, breathtaking views and is very peaceful. The neighbors are friendly and great. It truly is home away from home!

Please Note: SIPC does not allow racing type boats, boats with loud, open or uninhibited exhaust systems, boats with toilet, kitchen or lodging facilities or boats with sidewalls. Pontoon boats must not exceed 28 feet and hull boats may not exceed 20 feet. Water-skiing, tubing and jet skis are permitted in the designated areas. Fishing includes Bluegill, Large-mouth Bass, Channel Catfish, Striped Bass, and Crappie
