Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms overlooking the golf course of Santa Maria in Elviria-Marbella.



Just 1 km from the restaurants and shops of Elviria, and 2 km from the beach, where the famous Nikki Beach club and many chiringuitos are located, on one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol.



The apartment, comfortable and nicely decorated, offers a beautiful terrace of 60m2 with chill out area, deckchairs, etc... In a modern, refined style, it has two large bedrooms, one with dressing room, and two bathrooms , one with bath and the other with shower cubicle. The residence offers several swimming pools, accessible through the gardens. An underground parking space is accessible directly by the elevator.
