Ft Sill house big enough for everyone.

Freshly remodeled home in safe wyat acres neighborhood. Bring the whole family and have room to spare. Enjoy the outdoor pool and grill.(Be sure to pick up propane while you are shopping)

The space

5 separate bedrooms 2 of which have private bathrooms. There is a pack and play in case needed for infants and toddlers. This home can comfortably sleep 14 people. There have been many a barbecue around the pool and room to play croquet or Boche (or any other outdoor games) in the private backyard. Enjoy board games in the living room or just watch some movies with the family. The garage is used for bulk storage and is unavailable for guest use.

This whole home is here for you and is a very private residence.

Other things to note

The pool is winterized and unavailable from November 1st through April 1st. Although it is open through October some days are a little chilly so come prepared.

Also please keep in mind that we do not have an extra charge to use the propane grill but sometimes guests use all of the propane and leave the tanks empty. Please be prepared to refill the tanks so you can grill uninterrupted.

The host was a great communicator. There were snacks and coffee to share. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well so we could make food at home. Our family reunion over New Year's was very successful because of this rental!

Everything about the property is very well maintained, the house is clean and organized , the pool is clean and well cared . We had a great time with the family and our son who graduated from Fort Sill basic training . The house is close to the base , stores , Target , Starbucks, and Supermarkets . Definitely a great place to stay if you’re looking to visit Lawton Fort Sill Base .

Kitchen was totally awesome,.. I baked and made my son’s 3-tier wedding cake. (I brought my mixer and cake pans and decorating supplies) The location was perfect and the amount of room for everyone was great. We had everyone from our family and the groomsmen staying with us. Doesn’t look big on the front but it has 5 bedrooms!! My husband enjoyed the pool. Highly recommend. Shawn was great to communicate with before we even booked. We will be back now that we have a new part of our family there. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable place, very clean with all the essentials of your your own home. Nice and quiet neighborhood just a few minutes away from shopping and grocery stores. Very beautiful back yard with nice pool and covered patio.

We stayed in Lawton to attend my daughter's basic training graduation at Fort Sill. This property was in close proximity to the base. Having ensuites next to two bedrooms was especially helpful and having a water closet downstairs as well as another bathroom upstairs made getting ready in the mornings extra easy. The kitchen was adequately stocked for meal preparation. The pool was very refreshing, but we did miss the diving board that was pictured, but not present. The pool toys in the shed made the pool much fun. The host was very accommodating to problems and responded immediately. Our only surprise was the water main break down the street the day we were leaving, leaving us puzzled when there wasn't any water. However the water department had the problem fixed within a few hours. Awesome property. If you need a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of room, a relaxing pool, and an awesome host, this is definitely the place for you.

The house is so roomy and cute! The pool was amazing! They have two bunnies that live under the shed in the backyard! They were precious to watch in the mornings. The location is convenient to all shopping. We were just minutes from WWR and MP. We will definitely be booking there again!

Great Stay

Wonderful property with great space for family. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and a great kitchen with a separate dining area along with a large kitchen island. I booked this home for my family coming in from out of town. The kitchen was were we hung out after graduation. If you ever come to town and need a great space this is it.

Great house

This was the perfect house to stay in with extended family. We had 6adults and 2 kids. Everyone had their own privacy and there were plenty of bathrooms.

Amazing home and location for ARMY graduation

We were in Lawton for BCT graduation with family. The home is is a very nice and in a safe feeling neighborhood. Drive from OKC and check in process were easy and the home was nicely updated. The beds were actually comfortable and the living room was perfect for our larger group. We enjoyed the back porch and lounging around with our soldier on family day. We had some hiccups but Shawn's (owner) communication was extremely fast and much appreciated! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking!

Stress Free and Perfect Room

Stayed June 4th thru June 9th. The house was a perfect for our Big Family!!! We were close to the center of town. The neighborhood was great. Hosts were quick to respond when we had questions. Will definitely be staying there again

Oklahoma vacation

Lots of room to sleep. The pool was very pretty but the water was cold. We loved hiking in the Wichita mountain wildlife refuge and seeing the wildlife. We enjoyed our stay!!

Disappointing facilities

Good house layout. Kitchen layout is great. Kitchen appliances were good except for the dishwasher. Top drawer of the dishwasher is broken which makes it hard to close and hard to start. The upstairs hall bathroom has pink mold on the shower curtain and the upstairs master bathroom sink drains extremely slow. The pool was nice but the grill was filthy and unusable. The stairs are a hazard! Steps are too narrow and not well lit. Seating accommodations, both inside and out, was scarce. Trip hazard on side of house due to the ditch by the walkway.

Plenty of rooms for family, close to Fort Sill. Beautiful houses in the neighborhood

It was a good home plenty of room . Could use some TLC. Needs to mow the yard and pick up lawn debris.. Also needs to clean up the back porch and pool area . Also dishwasher did not work broken track . Other then that close to everything you need. Fort sill airport and post we enjoyed my daughters Army BCT graduation.

Very accurate description on VRBO. Beautiful house and yard with in ground pool. Great kitchen and baths as well. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location near restaurants, shopping, and Fort Sill.

The property was beautiful. The upkeep and amenities are lacking as a super host

We arrived early and contacted the owner. His response was the house is still being cleaned so we had to wait till 4pm. No problem. He had it ready at 3pm. When we entered the place is just like described in the listing. The following morning the keurig reservoir had let go all over the counter and floor. The owner was contacted and he had another one delivered by the afternoon. The pool was not clean and the pool drain cover in the deep end is missing. The back porch area was a let down. The outdoor carpet had grass clippings all over it, left over food, and wrappers. The outdoor bar area was entangled with garden hoses so we could not use the area. The shed had pool stuff thrown everywhere with no organization. The pool skimmer was under a bunch of pool toys and one of the pool floats had a piece of rusted metal on it. We purchased our own and didn't use anything from the shed. The master bedroom downstairs with the jetted tub has pink mold on it as well as the shower curtain. I went to plug in my phone charger and behind the bed there is hair ties and a lot of dirt and dust. The major areas were clean but it needs to be deep cleaned. Towels served their purpose but were very thin. Again the property was beautiful but as super host status I would not agree. The only amenities were an extra roll of toilet paper, a full k cup rack and microwave popcorn. The cabinet marked pantry had cleaning products in it instead. He never checked to see how our stay was going. Thank goodness we found out when trash day was from the neighbors having theirs out because both can were full. Overall a good stay but lacked the personal touches and cleanliness we expected.

Army Graduation

Had a large family group travel for graduation at Ft. Sill. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone to spread out. Very safe neighborhood, our teens took a few walks around. House looks like a typical late 80’s, early 90’s suburban home. Inside has had some updating, especially the kitchen. Was VERY clean and smelled wonderful. The pool was an awesome distraction for the kids. The kitchen was nicely stocked with what you’d need for most meals. I do suggest you bring your own pillow if you are a pillow person or like to use more than one.

Shawn was very nice and easy to reach out to. The house is gorgeous, that kitchen!! We enjoyed the pool very much and LOVED the American flag ball, which took us quite some time to blow up, but was so worth it!
