¡PARAISO EN LA UBICACIÓN DE LA PLAYA! ¡¡¡UBICACIÓN!!!

Thank you for loving our place as our family does. Mia

Thank you Jessica! I'm very glad that I was able to provide your family with a comfortable and memorable stay. Best Wishes!

I'm very pleased that your experience was more positive than other stays in the area. Very happy to have hosted your beautiful family.

Thank you Dallas! We're very pleased that you enjoyed your stay at our El Palmar (The Pam & Sea)

Thank you Carol Ann & we'd love welcoming you back!

David thank you for your review. It is always a pleasure to hear about families having a memorable and happy experience at El Palmar.

Catherine, it was our pleasure hosting your lovely family. Thank you! Mia

Thank You Donna! You're very welcome to return.

Sharon! thank you for the review. The satisfaction of our guests is our primary concern. You and your family were wonderful guests and we'd be very happy to welcome you back someday.

Thank you Darlene for making our slice of paradise shine. Also, my thanks to the little artist for the lovely drawing of IRB. You know that your beach is very special when a little person takes the time to make a drawing. I will cherish this and frame it to display it properly. Again, thank you & your family.

Thank you LaNette. Stairs are a part of beach life when you're that close to the water. I felt very badly when you advised after check-out about your issues with the fire pit. It is a bit tricky. I don't know if you looked in the Blue Folder. It would've been your source to trouble shoot. I talk about the Blue Folder in our Check-In Instructions. Please always, always call Mia when you stay at our property. Text messages are not always the quickest way to reach us. A call will never upset me. Again, thank you! Mia

Bob, thank you very much for your honest review. Key door combination are changed every time a guest departs for security concerns. Since you had such difficulty with the Key Lock combination, we are devicing a better system for the code number. We must still change it for every guest. As for the construction next door, I wish you had shared this issue with me at the time it happened. The owner of the property under construction is a friend and I could've addressed it with him. Regardless, I'm calling him in the morning to discuss the disruption. Again, thank you Mia

Jo Ann it was a pleasure to host your family at our slice of paradise. Thanks, Mia

Thank you Mark! It was a pleasure to work with you as well. Certainly hope to see you again some day. Mia

Thank you very much Ryan! We strive to please. Mia

Thank you Anne! I'm very glad that our place lived out to be what we strive to provide and that the birthday celebration was a success.

Thank you Heather!

Lee, I'm very pleased that you had a memorable family Holiday with your local relatives and your children from afar. It is a preferred business practice of mine, to obtain a signature on a lease agreement with a legal picture ID. When you go to a hotel, you do sign-in and provide ID. I've cleared this procedure with Vrbo and I've been doing this since Jan. 2014, when I first rented via Vrbo. As for the throw rugs on the balcony, I've alerted my cleaning lady & yard cleaning person and it is being reviewed as we speak. My appologies for my cleaning staff being remissed for the aluminum baking disposable. This was the second time we rent for a Holiday, this year. I keep stock of most everything we need for a stay in our storage unit, downstairs. She forgot to check after the Thanksgiving guests checked out. I assure you it will not happen again. Again, thank you & I hope all is well with your family. Mia

Marcia thank you and I'm very pleased to hear that your family had such a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. Look forward to hearing from you in the future. Mia

Thank you Kerry!

Thank you Lee! I'm very pleased to hear that you and your party had a memorable and wonderful stay.

Thank you Kelly! It means a lot to me when guests have a great time.
